SCAM!! I purchased this cleaning service as a Groupon and after days of attempting to make an appointment, I was finally able to schedule AT THEIR CONVENIENCE because they were so "booked". Irritating, but whatever, I can somewhat understand..

I had my daughter stay home that Saturday. Earlier that week I began, again ATTEMPTING, to call to verify my appointment. The voice mailbox was full (how do you expect to run a cleaning business properly if your clients are unable to get in touch?!) and Nicole would keep routing me to that number rather than help me directly because, as she puts it, "someone should answer".. No s**t..

The morning of my scheduled cleaning, I again persisted in confirming. Which, again, led to a full mailbox and lazy Nicole. THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP!!!!

When I got ahold of Nicole again (of course this took awhile to accomplish) I was clearly upset at which point she said "all appointments today have been cancelled and someone should have called". Yes, a PROFESSIONAL company would have called and done so but THEY DIDN'T. When I began my rant, SHE HUNG UP ON ME!! I called repeatedly again, she answered and told me -this is my favorite part-  "do whatever you want because we have 4000 people who have already scheduled with us, WE DON'T NEED YOU."

ARE YOU F*ING KIDDING ME?!? Whatever happened to customer appreciation and professional courtesy?!?!

This is the PERFECT SCAM. They receive your money prior to their arrival via your Groupon purchase, then they never show up. Boom! They already have your money, and most people won't even notice the $200 THEY CHARGE YOU WITHOUT TELLING YOU ONTOP OF WHAT YOU ALREADY PAID FOR GROUPON. The only reason I even noticed this was by fluke as THEY DID NOT TELL ME THEY WOULD BE ADDITIONALLY CHARGING MY ACCOUNT PRIOR TO THE CLEANING. By the way- they told me they needed my card number to hold my scheduling spot, they never once mentioned they would be charging it!!

 Imagine how many people have cancelled or been cancelled on and are not even aware this has happened! They refund your Groupon but since they failed to tell you they were going to run your card again, they keep that money!!!

I have reported them to my bank and the attorney general as FRAUD!!!!

It's unfortunate that they don't allow you the opportunity to rate Jolivette with 0 stars. I made the mistake of getting the groupon after reading excellent reviews from their customers with ongoing contracts. This is not the case if you have a groupon. Pathetic doesn't begin to describe the service. I had an appointment for today at noon and less than an hour and a half before my appointment they called to tell me they had to reschedule because "several maids called in sick." This wouldn't have been quite as irritating except for the fact that if I had wanted to reschedule they would have charged $5. In return for the inconvenience of rescheduling for several weeks from now because they were "overbooked" (their words not mine, and perhaps that's the actual reason they rescheduled on me) they offered me a microwave cleaning and a fridge cleaning. I asked if they'd do baseboards or the tub and they said no, they couldn't do that (this was the owner that didn't have the authority to authorize that--give me a break). I'm calling for a refund. I'm not even going to bother dealing with them again. Should they end up offering up their services on any of the discount websites again, I HIGHLY recommend you don't take them up on it. They're pathetic, rude and unreliable before they even get into the house. I can only imagine what their "premium" service will entail considering they won't clean the inside of the tub and expect you to provide your own toilet brush. I've never heard of a maid service requiring you to supply them with supplies...that's supposed to be a perk of the maid service!!!!!!

Buyer beware!!! I purchased the $150 cleaning services from Jolivette. I bought two, only got one coupon code so I'm unable to use the second I was charged for. Then I FINALLY contacted the service after trying unsucessfully for two weeks leaving voice mails multiple times a day and the first appointment is over a month away! NOT HAPPY!!!!
