Provided by YP.comPrior to and during the sale, service is great. God forbid you should have a question or concern after the fact. I reached out to my salesman two days after the sale with a question and never received a response or acknowledgement. The following day, I left a message with a sales manager to express my concern - no response. I definitely will not be referring any friends or family to this dealership. I should have gone to Helfman Dodge.

Provided by YPmobileI bought a new 2015 Godge Ram Longhorn over the May 9th weekend totally over the phone and internet using email. My salesmasn, Juasn Borrego was a big help in getting the truck delivered on Monday. I received the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. I highly recommend MacHaik and Juan for working with me and giving me a fair trade in value sight unseen.

Provided by YP.comI will never ever go back and I will make it a point to tell everyone I know not to go there. Bought a new car from them and traded our old car. We are now about to have to make payments on both because they have not paid off the load on our trade in. We do not have the money for this and I would have kept my car had I known I'd have to be making payments on a car I no longer have. Very very upset. My new goal is to stop people from using them.

Provided by YP.comJohn took time to help us figure out what car best fits our needs. We wealked in not knowing what car to get but he walked us through all that Jeep has to offer and we landed on Grand Cherokee and now we love the car. Very patient and very knowledgeable.

Provided by YP.comWent to the dealership with a pre-approval from my preferred financing vendor and gave it to them and let them know the truck I was interested and the price on the website that was $28,143 Â sales person Jeff said he had to check that because he does not know pricing. Jeff called and told me that everything went through and i could pick up the vehicle I liked (when I got there the next day we spoke with another salesman Anthony since Jeff was busy) . When i got there we went over all the terms on a 4 panel bidding sheet he told me that the price was now 29,999 because the website shows cash only prices I let him know that was not listed anywhere and he said he understood but that was a cash price and they could not honor it I told him i would agree to that price if they paid off my trade in (2735) and gave us 2000 down he agreed and we both signed the paper. They then took me to financing and explained all the details as we spoke I said that was correct and then they explained that they could not use my preferred vendor and preapproval because they declined me I asked why and he said because of my debt to income ratio and called someone over at my lender to "verify" I said reluctantly agreed because I did not understand how i could get denied after a preapproval ( later I spoke with my finance company they said the reason they said no is because the price was hiked up and it was a 2010 at 95000 miles so the pricing was not approvable) .....they then had me sign and initial blank documents for the truck and handed me brochures for the warranty they said they provided for gap coverage and a 1yr warranty later the finance guy ran them through the printer folded them and handed them to me and said congrats on the car. It was not till I got home and was about to add insurance to the vehicle that I saw they changed most of the information from what we agreed on they put a higher price for my trade in pay-off and then listed that we still owed them 900 so they never added the pay-off and additional 2000 dollars for it then said my 1000 dollars was a 100 dollar payment (guessing they were going to use the rest of it on the trade in) so now they have us listed for a 2010 truck at 680 for 72 months they never added the 2735 to pay off the vehicle and they have a trade in . I went back to speak with the finance guy he directed us to the used car manager and That gentle man (I use the term very loosely) basically did not address the blank documents the higher pricing or they did not pay off my truck and provide the 2000 we agreed on the company said they have a signed contract and i better come up with the money or i get a repo. I let them know there was no way we could afford the vehicle with the pricing they put on the contract and they were not concerned one bit I was quite appalled by his behavior overall until I spoke with the General manager showed her the documentation proving the numbers were wrong and asked her to produce the worksheet we signed prior to going to finance and she did not care either and told me to leave her dealership. So now i know even though I was referred to the company from my finance company they were out to rip me off from the moment i walked in there I cannot blame that on my lender because I felt that the company would work in the best interest of me and the referral company but I have quickly seen that is not the case they are liars and cheats and they ALL practice dirty tactics in that particular dealership to line their paychecks at the customers expense

Provided by YP.comMike was a pleasure to deal with and did an outstanding job. I appreciate him going the extra mile and picking my wife and I up at the Austin airport and driving us to the dealership, we would definitely deal with him again.
Dale's a nice guy but either needs to pay closer attention or be more forthright with the internet advertising. In my particular case the vehicle I purchased had $3,000 in rebates listed in the advertised price even though $4,500 in rebates were available. When I queried Dale about the difference he explained that the $1,500 difference was already included in the sales price of the truck. Sorry, but a discrepancy like that leads to mistrust on the part of the customer. Had the full $4,500 been listed in the Ad I would have had no doubts at all and would not have brought the matter up. Love the truck and would not have traveled all the way from NM to purchase it if it wasn't a competitive price but still feel like the dealership kept some of the rebate money that was due to me. But as mentioned before Mike was a pleasure to deal with and we are very happy with the vehicle.

Provided by YP.comDo not buy anything at this dealership. My experience during an auto purchase and parts went wrong in every way. So stressful. I love my car!! But the dealership was so unprofessional. After 3 days and 9 hours it only got worse. My attempt at reaching out to the General Manager by way of numerous messages thru secretary and voice mails didn't result in her follow up. That in itself is an indication of a bigger problem. They do not care about customer satisfaction. I purchased a slightly used car to save money so my ordeal happened with used cars. So does the new auto business matter more? It shouldn't . I have worked as a Manager and Branch Manager in several metropolitan cities in the USA over 20 years and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Striving for excellence has been instilled in me. In my opinion the only one with any professionalism was the receptionist. There was no training in basic customer satisfaction. I am very friendly and don't expect anyone kissing my****.. This was the first time I have been treated so unprofessionally anywhere. It brought out the worst in me. This made me feel awful so I apologized . But my experience was so very awful It would make your jaw drop. I could have held my tongue but who was looking out for me? Me.
BEWARE AND BE FORE WARNED! I am telling you this dealership works every angle. Read your contracts carefully. There are warranties with disconnected numbers that are being added to the price of auto loan. They also do not honor your request for car loan financial institution. They pick and chose on their own going thru loan back office so they get commissions . They and don't care if you get the lowest percentage rate. Your good credit rating doesn't get you much at Mac Haik. You owe it to yourself to go somewhere else.

Provided by YP.comMy son took me to Mac Haik looking for an affordable car he saw on the website and it turned out to be sold as soon as we got there. Wasnt looking forward to the drive back without a vehicle. Jeff helped us find a used Ford that worked for what we wanted to do and Chris the young guy that introduced us to him was very helpful. I would shop there again.

Provided by YPmobileLook I can in for an oil change and left with the car of dreams. No lie. Mr. Berry was a great representative and got me in and out. Call it destiny, call it perfect timing, call it what you want but I walked out feeling brand new. He made magic happen and worked out a great deal for me. The whole experience from the moment I sat down with Mr. Berry he was easy going and made me felt comfortable with the entire process. The service was good and I left totally satisfied. Thank you again Mr. Anthony Berry for all your hard work and effort for making this happen.

Provided by YP.comI bought my Chrysler 200 from Mac Haik Dodge and loved the experience. Love the car, love the gas mileage. Especially lately! My experience has been nothing but great. My salesmen was knowledgeable and very kind to me. Helped me set up my phone and showed me everything about the car. My finance man helped me to understand what I was signing, worked with me to get the right warranty for the miles I will be driving. Even the GM shook my hand and told me if I needed anything to let her know.

Provided by YP.comOkay, first of all the only reason I went to Mac Haik was because I have a key fob that gets me ten dollars off of an oil change. Every time I go, they find something wrong with my air filter or my brakes and the ironic part is that I change those parts myself. Beware of their lies since they tried to tell me I needed brakes and a new air filter when I changed them three days before taking the vehicle over there. Then they won't take you to the problem so that you can see it for your self...they just want you to take their word. Not to mention the fact that they told me it would be a $400 dollar brake job. Even if I did need it I would go to Just Brakes or Brake Check where it's $99. If you must go to your dealer be sure to stop at places that specialize in the job they "say" you need done because places like Brake Check will take a look for and show you for free.
