First and only time I had a pipe leak in my bathroom, After searching online for Plumbing services, I called Nick's Plumbing and I was not disappointed. They fixed the problem as a seasoned professional with politeness and promptness. Very good service indeed.

We just used Nick's Plumbing for the second time, the 1st time we called them they installed a new water heater (which we have not had any problems with in the past 4 years) and today we had them replace our 20 year old toilet, nothing but excellence both times.

My toilet was running water all night, it was so loud that I could barely sleep. First thing in the morning I called Nick's and they sent a plumber out to fix it. The guy fixed the toilet in less than 20 minutes and I paid less than fifty bucks, it was worth every penny to be able to get some sleep. I am at my worse on less than 6 hours of sleep, so I am happy to have my toilet back to normal again. I am also happy with the service that Nick's Plumbing provided, I saved their number in my phone for all future emergencies.

Easily the best plumber in the Houston area. They just don't make plumbers like Nick's Plumbing anymore. They fixed my pipes which were leaking and they did not charge me an arm and a leg. They gave me great payment option that fit my budget. Whatever you're problem is, Nick's is the answer.

They did a total repair on our sewer line, great job, at a great price, and they job was done quickly and effectively.

I had a toilet that overflowed when my washing machine was on. I called Nick's Plumbing and set an appointment and waited through my three hour window and they were a no show. I called and their consistently messed up phone machine left me no options of speaking to a real person. I did leave a message and a rather annoyed woman named Karen calls me. Throughout I told her that no one had come and she (with the sound in her voice like she's talking and rolling her eyes) said she needed to look at the schedule. She called me back and they were on "an emergency" and needed to reschedule. I have been a long time client of Nick's so I gave grace and scheduled for January 3, 2015 10-1. Again a "no show" I called (the phone machine system still flaky) and finally got thru to leave a message, 45 minutes later a still annoyed Karen calls me says she needs to look at the schedule find out what happened and will call me back. She has a way of making you feel as though you are putting them out. She called back and said they had "an emergency" (where have I heard that before?) and he could be there when they finished. I told her I had sat something up with someone else because I haven't had the most reliable experience with Nick's. She offered no apology, nothing. She hung up on me because I am assuming I was bothering her with my business. I went with Benjamin Franklin Plumbers (they pay you $5.00 a minute they are late) I am disappointed Nick's Plumbing has become what it has.

I had such a mess in my home when our main pipe got backup up! it spilled sewage all in our home and all over floors. I thought it was going to be a financial nightmare. Called Nick's Plumbing and they said We are on the way right now! And they were not kidding. They cleaned up everything and i couldn't believe the price. I have had no troubles since. As a result of thier good work i had them put in a water heater, disposal, and connect a dishwasher.



These guys are awesome and HONEST!
