Booked two all inclusive trips to Mexico (Riviera in 2007 and Cabo in 2010) and John was wonderful, despite my never ending questions. Good flights, wonderful hotels (Adventura in the Riviera and Dreams on the tourist corridor in Cabo). I have had no problems and would unquestionably use Travel Leaders in the future.

I just hung up the phone with this angency & I am very DISAPPOINTED!!!! The lady who anwsered the phone was rude & had an attitude to begin the conversation with. She asked 21 questions, which I understand you they have to know to accomodate you . But she didn't even let me anwser the 1st question before she started asking another one . So sad. I told her my destination, time & place gave her the 411 & she still consisted on asking more unreasonable questions instead of giving a quote like I asked for to begin with. I told her can you please give me a quote with the information i gave you. She said call back once you have all my anwsers!! Its pathetic they have such uneducated individuals working there. I wish I had remembered her name to put her on blast. I defanitely DO NOT RECCOMEND this angency!!!!

Wow! I just called this agency to try to get her to book two separate vacations- one for a girls long weekend to Mexico and a trip with my boyfriend. The woman that answered was brisk to the point of rude, and seemed very put out that I was asking her to come up with some good suggestions based on her experience. Isn't that why you call a travel agent???? Otherwise, anyone can do it all online without the middleman. I would never use someone who starts poorly. What would she treat me like if there was a problem with a reservation!!!

Travel Leaders offers exceptional service. You will not receive this type of service any where else. I book my annual vacation with my friends here. We've booked several trips with them and we're always satisfied with service. It's so wonderful - they know what time of year I travel so I start receiving quotes for different destinations to choose from as soon as the air schedule is made available. They always go the extra mile to accomodate you and you'll have a heads up on any pertinent info you may need regarding your travel. In my opinion, there aren't enough stars here to rate them. Kudos Travel Leaders! Thank you all so much for what you do!!

This was my first experience with Travel Leaders, and it was truly a great experience. I was pleased with the quick response time after my initial contact. Furthermore, each trip I was planning was delegated to a different rep and was given immediate attention. The staff were friendly and helpful, never tiring of my questions. I was also looking for ideas for a special trip; they were creative and diverse in their options which was truly valuable to me when I was out of ideas. They made me feel like I was their #1 customer and truly desirous of providing successful results. I intend to continue using Travel Leaders for all of my future travel arrangements.
