Rude Receptionist... Autumn was it???

Called for a quote, was put on hold for 5 min.,

When she got back on the phone she cut me off

and quickly stated that they don't do over the

phone quotes(of course you aren't able to give a quote

over the phone, how can you when you haven't

diagnosed the problem...). Very bad customer

service so what's to expect from the work? I

wasn't going to bother finding out...
