The staff and doctor are very friendly and personable. They remember your name and small details that reflect good customer service.

My first time experience with a hand surgeon,has been comfortable and informative.The staff also has been friendly and professional.

Very helpful with getting the use back in my hand. Could not be bend, touch or do anything with it when I first come in. The PT helped.

Pretty efficient and trust worthy, if I ever have anymore hand problems I will definitely be coming back.

Dr. Arora is very professional and his staff are very informative and nice. The only problem I had was when I needed an appointment right away and was told he could not see me but I told him about it and he said they were working to figure out why that was happening.

Dr. Arora was very attentive, listened to what I had to say and came up with a plan of action which worked very well. I appreciate he did not jump to surgery and was able to offer a solution which included a simple shot and physical therapy to ease the discomfort I was experiencing. I would highly recommend the doctor!

Totally enjoyed my visit to this clinic. Crystal was very pleasant from the very first visit. The doctor was very personable, even thought I showed signs of carpal tunnel he was willing to listen to me and not push the surgery. I have problems futher up into my neck causing my pain and he sent me to PT which is helping.

Dr Arora and his staff were all attentive, friendly, and caring--much more than in my previous experiences with surgeons and their staff. My injuries were, to the best of my knowledge, handled appropriately and I had no surgical complications.

Dr Arora, in my opinion was very thorough. The pain I was experiencing is completely gone. Also, Doctor was a good listener, and patient. In the future if a problem starts with hand again, I will return to him.

This was my 1st surgery and I did not know what to expect. Dr. Arora and his staff was the greatest with of my surgery and my appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Arora to a friend or anyone in need of hand surgery etc.

Very good experience with Dr Arora and the staff at the office. Office appointments were on time. Staff very nice and helpful. Dr Arora was very knowledgable and kept good track of my progress.

Dr. Arora and his staff are very thorough. Dr. Arora is an excellent surgeon. I had carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists and he has changed my life for the better. No more numbness or tingling or pain. I am now able to sleep without waking up with symptoms and able to do activities without any problem! It takes some time to heal but after a few short months I am on my way to total recovery! Than you Dr. Arora and staff!!! Keep up the excellent care.

Dr. Arora outstanding. Any questions or concerns I had he explained throughly. Very speedy service I was in and out in less than one hour, on different occasions.

The Doc and staff were great. The wait time in the Livonia office was a little long both times I was in the office.

The doctor was great. He showed much knowledge and understanding regarding my fracture and answered all of my questions in a language that I could understand. Dr. Arora was so skillful in the surgery that I did not experience any pain after, and I did not take any painkillers. The staff was great as well. They made me feel very welcome.
