Time means alot and they are very timely and polite.

Dr. Arora was very competent and informative. He did an excellent job on my surgery, my severe fracture healed well and quickly. He took the time to answer my questions. His staff was very accomodating and pleasant to deal with.

Dr. Arora in my book is an excellent doctor and the staff is very polite. Overall they are people friendly.

I am extremely satisfied with the level of care I received at this office. Right from the outset, the staff was kind and generous. Check-in was a breeze, with the usual paperwork for a new office visit to the doctor. Dr. Arora was on-time and very friendly. I think I hit it off with him and I trusted his opinion. He did spend a lot of time with me. Overall, I am happy with my treatment plan. My carpal tunnel has been bothering me for years but I have been putting it off. I think I have found the surgeon to help me!

The hospital sent me to see Dr. Arora after I broke my wrist. My first visit was very comforting. The staff made me feel at home. I was very nervous but the doctor put me at ease, even though I needed surgery!

Office was able to schedule my visit quickly AND Dr. Arora was able to schedule me on the following day for my hand fracture. Every person there was friendly and helpful. Dr. Arora is a genuinely nice person that took the time to explain the procedure and to make sure I was as comfortable as possible the entire time.
