Overall very helpful dealership and staff helped me find exactly what I wanted couldn't be happier

We telephoned a day before our arrival, and Mr. Wolfe listened to our needs with respect to our credit challenges. Upon our arrival, he professionally worked with us to close a sale on a very good used Sequoia. He was authentic, polite, and professional before, during, and after our long wait for responses from financial institutions to close the sale.

The personal service and effort that Frank took to make my deal was phenomenal. He related to me on both a social and personal level, he went out of his way to make me happy, and he was just an all around great guy! Thx THB!

I went in on Sunday of Memorial day weekend because I received a letter in the mail about how they pay off cars even though you owe more than the car is worth. I had a 2007 prius and was in that exact predicament. I talked to Scott and he showed a 2011 prius with only 32,000 miles on it. I told him that my budget was only about $100 a month more that what my current payments were. He said it would be tight because my car was not worth that much but he did give me a fair trade price. I had to speak to my fiance about it first. Long story short, I came back the next day with her and Scott said "I will do what I have to do to get you in that car as long as my credit was good" (I have fantastic credit). Two hours later I left with my new-ish car and am feeling the opposite of buyers remorse. For those of you who do not understand that phrase, I feel great about my deal and love the car the more I drive it... Thanks Scott.

Wow! What a great experience I had purchasing my 4Runner from your dealership! These guys really impressed me! There was no pressure to buy. They listened to my needs, and best of all, they were concerned about which type of vehicle I wanted, not just one that they could sell. I felt as if both of them went our of their way to make me happy and I sincerely enjoyed working with the both of them in my recent purchase.
