As soon as we walked on the dealership we felt like family. Sandra greeted us like we were instant friends. She was not interested in anything but making sure we were purely satisfied with our car. Letting us test drive and sit in as many vehicles as we desired. We came in for a hybrid Camry and ended up in a Prius making our own decisions the whole way. She never said no she made sure we were satisfied with our color and option selection and encouraged us to take our time. Again it felt as if she had our best interest at heart not the profit that she would make from us. It was truly refreshing experience.

Brought in 2014 scion tc I purchased for 5,000 mile service. Was told over the phone that you do not have service appointments. Stopped by Monday morning and was told you were to busy. Stopped by Tuesday morning and was asked if I had an appointment (???). I told them that you told us that you don't take appointments. You did take car in though and completed service. Used your shuttle service and I'm great full for that. Still confused as to why oil isn't changed until 10000 miles, especially first change.

From the time i pulled into the Dealership the salesman paul was more then helpful he showed me all the new toyota models and helped me pick out the best for my price range so glad i purchased this car from toyota of Huntington Beach ill be back for my next purchase" wonderful and clean dealership customer service is A+ and we love our new car
