When I got my first piece.I was blown away An loved it.i own several beautiful pieces.An will order in the future.

My last order was for the “God Is Good” piece and I Absolutely LOVE It‼️ So happy how quickly I received it..... Awesome!!! 💙💙

These days you can find metal art for sale all over the internet-- usually pretty cheap. They're also often flimsy, warped and poor quality. I have been VERY pleasantly surprised by the products I've bought from Redline Steel. Premium quality stuff! Very durable, thick and heavy. Even the $5 'Faith" and 'Hope' signs I bought are very sturdy. These guys also have fantastic customer service. And who wouldn't want to buy quality American made products by a Veteran owned company??! Highly recommend!

Redline is a good company for decorative iron work. I now have several pieces from them. Each piece has been very well made, no sharp edges, and it it has coloring to it, it is well applied. And remember this Company is Veteran own, so it is a good cause to support them.

I have 2 of their pieces - Dog Love and the Heart Shaped tree of life... Am seriously thinking about the round tree of life but can't decide where to put it :)

I still can't get my mind around the fast delivery !! Door to door in 4 days ! The tree of life I ordered was better than I had thought. Well made and extremely great value for money. The moment It was hung on the wall, it was right at home.

Literally the best Customer Service Dept. I've ever dealt with! Not to mention, the quality of their work is absolutely top-notch! I've ordered several times in the past, and have always been fascinated with their collection and overall quality of their work.

In addition to the high-quality material and the extremely helpful Customer Service team, their company has been proactive with their approach to dropping their production time-frame pretty substantially. After speaking with their Support Manager, it appears they have resolved their time issues, as they currently are averaging 7-14 days from the order date. Personally, my last order only took 4 or 5 days from the order date to the shipping date.

Overall, well-done Redline! I will continue to do business with them and look forward to some of their future designs (Although i'm not quite sure I have anymore room on my walls lol!)

This Company is the BEST in all they do, when you order your products you will get the Best of all they have to offer, These Guys are so Kind and Will always be there for you and answer any questions you may have and if they can not answer them they do all in there power to do so.. Think their products are outstanding, think this young company needs an office manager to manage the phones and customer service, was leery when I couldn't contact anyone by phone but it ended up OK. Also ordered 10 "trees of life' for x-mas gifts. Everyone loved them.

I ordered the tree of life. It was delivered within the time frame promised and it is absolutely amazing! The pictures are beautiful but it really is much more beautiful than I ever expected. I am so happy with it!!

If I could give this company a half of a star I would. I ordered two items from this company back in mid May as a surprise for my husband. It is now at the end of July and I have still not received my items. I have contacted the customer service department several times and have been given multiple excuses. On the occasions I did get a response from my email I was either re-informed that their production time is 4-6 weeks (which by that point it had been 7 or 8 weeks) or that they fired their old customer service staff and have been training new staff ( not my problem). When I inquired about canceling my order and getting my money back ( over $400) they told me I could get most of my money back but would have to pay for a restocking fee. What restocking fee? They haven't done anything! They now assure me that my items are in production. Hopefully I get them before Christmas. I will never order from this company again. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. It seems to be an ongoing problem of theirs if you look at the comments on Facebook and Goggle.
