Clint and his orientee were thorough in explaining the contract and prompt in their arrival and application.

Robert was very professional and explained his methods and chemicals used during his treatment of our home.



He went out of his way to treat areas I had pointed out and, in addition pointed out insect activity I was not aware of.

Bob was very professional and went over all of Aptive's guarantees and treatment plans so that they were very understandable. He was very polite and friendly.

Robert Coffey and his team had a 2 hour window set up with me. (11:40am-1:40pm) They were 10 mins early and extremely friendly. They went through the agreement with me and explained what was going to happen on the initial visit and then the following quarterly visits. I was pleased by the level of professionalism this team displayed. Glad to be a customer!!
