Great job and courteous service by telephone representative regarding cancellation of services following the Louisiana Flood of 2016.

Courtney was very attentive; clarified my issues and thoroughly researched the matter and provided a status and resolution in a timely manner.

Customer service has so greatly improved compared to 10 years ago. Reps are friend, knowledgeable & completely understood my concerns when a recent called.

Service agent was great. She was helpful and very supportive with a fellow who hates computers. .
