I worked with Courtney, who was excellent. We had an issue with one of the merchant charges, and she expeditiously dealt with it, contacted the credit card company, and had it resolved quickly. I'm very happy with her and she represents your company very well.

FIVE STARS TO JESSICA BOYKIN!!! Two stars for the rest. The new update to process "chip" cards was time consuming and frustrating. After two readers and three pin pads, JESSICA conferenced technical support with me and we were up and running. However the pin pad will not read the "chip" until the software is available. Jessica assured me that we are not liable since it is not yet available. She was very knowledgeable, patient and genuinely concerned that I was satisfied. She offered her number for any future questions or concerns. She should be the role model for all your employees when handling customers. Thank you Jessica.

I called today to cancel my relationship with Merchant Services and the person who answered the phone was Jessica Boykin. Not only did she save the relationship, she leased me another terminal and made my day a little better for her being in it. I have been a business owner for over 15 years and finding employees like Jessica is not an easy proposition. Merchant Services should be proud of Jessica Boykin and her representation of your company!
