I have been a loyal customer to this company for the last 5 years. And although their customer service skills are absolutely the worst out there, I remained a customer and referred people to them. However, they are terrible in what they sale and how they sale it. My first car needed repairs 6 months after buying it. The second car, the loan was sold and the new company added an additional $2000 on my loan. Now currently, after purchasing my 3rd car from them & requesting my loan not be sold; the loan has been sold and no one is taking a responsibility. I would suggest a person not spend their hard earn money here. Even tho the finance options are great with easy approval, it's not worth the headache.
