First of all, let me tell you that all the great reviews about "JOSE" are written by himself or someone he knows because let me tell you, BIG SHOE SUCKS! NEVER do business with them and dont bother trying to go above his head because the owners David Shoemaker and his dad are downright rude. High and mighty is all I can say and they have no heart whatsoever. They all LIE no matter how small it may be. LIARS, SCAMS, THIEFS. The next report I send will be to the BBB. NO BULL. DO NOT DO IT. DO NOT GO THERE. NOT EVEN TO TOYOTA OF IRVING. THATS WHERE "THE KING DAVID" WORKS. Expect me to blast them everywhere, on every review board out there because they are not worth the headache you will get from their "used car point inspection" nonsense. They should all literally, burn in hell for their sins. Taking advantage of HARD WORKING PEOPLE. THEY DESERVE NO STARS BUT IT MAKES YOU GIVE THEM ONE!

This is the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. They will screw you out of your down payment by calling it a deferment fee. They will deface your vehicle by placing a large embarrassing blinking box right through your dash board creating damage from the large screws, if you complain they just laugh in your face and say tough. They will shut your car off no matter if your account is in good standing or not! They will demand that you let them inspect the box and will not accept your payment until you do so get ready to constantly have to drive out there and wait hours upon hours without an apology for the wait. Your car will run sluggish because it is hooked up to your battery and starter. They will talk to you like you have a tail and will constantly insult you that goes for the entire staff including the receptionist they will lie right to your face. And make you regret every doing business with them. They don't deserve any stars!
