I used these guys to relocate and they were on time and real professional. Everything went as smooth as I could have expected and I am a very particular person. Some would say I have OCD but these guys handled me great. They were clean, uniformed and well equipped. They packed my fragile for me * which was such a leap of faith to let someone do that for me * and everything made it A OK so this is my extra pat on the back thanks ALL OVER!!!

Normally I move myself but this year I had a stroke and lifting heavy boxes was out of the question. Great American Van Lines took care of everything for me. I spoke to a representative who broke it all down for me in just a few minutes and reassured me that there is no reason this should be stressing me out- we're just moving furniture, after all, lol. He gave me an estimate that kept me on my budget and continued providing professional courtesy all the way until my items were delivered, no matter how many times I called and bugged him with questions. The guys that showed up were very polite and professional. I feel that their good work should be noticed. Thank you Great American Van Lines.

After TONS of research, I finally decided to move my house with them, because of their excellent ratings and good pricing. Nathan took what I was worried would be a painful experience and turned it into a positive one. He goes above and beyond, following through every step of the way and making sure to be available at all times. After securing my order, he actually called me back within an hour and had everything all set! The truck drivers were good about giving me advanced notice of their arrival and working with a time that fit best for me. My delivery arrived a day earlier than expected and was in the exact condition as I gave it to them. I will definitely be recommending Great American Van Lines to my friends.

David was professional and friendly, he made sure that we have everything that is needed for a move. Steve was patient and very friendly in the apartment, he often waited on me and I am very sorry for that. I am very pleased with my experience with Great American Van Lines. I would highly recommend them to everybody that I know, that is how reliable they are. These guys right here are just patient and very kind to their customers, we had a great time moving my things around.

Back when I was living in New York and I had to move to a different place a friend of mine had called me and told me about Great American Van Lines because she had worked with them before and I was surprised with how fast they had gotten me a quote as well. I was extremely surprised with how good their customer service was when I needed help with storage as well. Thank you for the best service ever. I moved from New Jersey to Maine recently. We had an extremely large 4bedroom house with a guest house. The movers arrived on time. They packed all of our goods including valuables that has been in my family for centuries. They provided all the materials which saved me time and money. My husband was a little worried about the extent of the move and timing but the movers took time out to explain in detail how everything was packed, estimated time of arrival, and even provided me with a virtual tour of where my items were stored during transit. After doing some research on moving companies, it's scary where some of the moving companies actually store your belongings. It was great comfort to know where our personal belongings were. I highly recommend Great American Van Lines.

I have used two separate moving companies before and I can say I used to think there was a certain standard. And Great American Van Lines exceeded it by far! I have come to expect that certain items or even entire boxes would be misplaced or lost during a move. But not a single thing is gone! That’s absolutely unheard of. The speed at which they packed the truck and drove across multiple states alone I assumed would damage something minor but the movers were so god at packing they had everything delicate packed away neatly and efficiently. They moved quickly but they were still incredibly careful with my stuff. I am just so very impressed with the way they carried themselves and how fast they finished without sacrificing the integrity of my belongings.

I would like to take the time to write an awesome review for Great American Van Lines. The guy I spoke with on the phone was very polite and professional, going over the minimum rate, charges, and fees. Once I confirmed the move, I was charged $100 deposit 48 hours before my scheduled move-in date. I also received a phone call from the office on that day before my card was processed to confirm the move which I greatly appreciated. On the day of the scheduled move, I received a phone call from the actual movers informing me that they were arriving on time. I was told the movers would arrive anytime between 9am and 10am. The movers were very nice and professional, taking the time to explain every step of the move-in process. Total time to load my items from my apartment into the truck was 30 minutes. My travel time was also about 2 days to my new house in Florida. Once we arrived at the House, the movers took extra care by placing the moving boxes in the appropriate rooms and even assembled my bed, dresser, and couch! Total unload/assembly time was 2 hours. I am very pleased with Great American Van Lines and would recommend them to anyone!

I want to share a great experience on our recent move we just completed. We used Great American Van Lines on a recent move from a 1 bedroom apartment to a house. Nathan the sales person was very helpful, returned emails/calls, followed up, and even matched a competitor’s price. I thought the rates were comparable to other companies I looked at. Steve with his crew showed up on time. They were extremely professional and expertly wrapped all my furniture in blankets and shrink wrap for protection. Nothing was broken on arrival. Even though charges were by the hour, the crew was extremely quick and efficient. I would recommend this moving company.

Great American Van Lines is a good moving company - they got me down I-95 in under ten days. Planning was done over several months, Dana was proactive with estimate updates - especially when they favored the customer. The mover crew – Jose & Steve - was the same on pick-up and delivery... nice to see faces you know. And were fast and efficient. Jason provided good dispatch information always the lynchpin with good rapport and steady service. Price was comparable for a late summer move; minimal packing/storage was required.

I moved many times during last 10 years, so I can say I have some experience with movers. :) I used Great American Van Lines twice and I was very happy with them. I do not have expensive furniture but I care about what I have and I was pleased with how they handle it. The confirmed the job a day before and called me on the moving day to ask me if they can come 30 minutes early. (Of course!) They are fast, nice and prices are competitive. Also it did not cost a penny over the estimating price (it was actually less!). Should I move again, I will definitely contact them and, of course, I recommend them to my friends!

Just can't say enough what this company does. From the start it's a professional and customer oriented company. They were right on with the estimate provided by David the owner. The crew was on time, in uniform looking like they could just eat my stuff up. The crew was fast, respectful and even funny. They would make a track team jealous. Stress was replaced with confidence that we had made the right choice soon after they got started. Calling a few days before to confirm and checking to see if we needed any other assistance was reassuring and smart business. Great American Van Lines is one BIG performer in my book, after moving 3 times in the past, none of the previous companies could compare to Great American and they weren't small or new ones either.

I used Great American Van Lines to move me from NJ to TX. They were exceptional. They arrived on time to pack my furniture and wrapped it really carefully. The guys are really serious workers. I really could not have hired better people. They were super nice, friendly and professional. They treated my belongings with great respect and at the end, all my stuff was in perfect condition. No scratches, no dents! The price was really reasonable as well. Now when I know which company is worth every penny, I will know whom to hire in future if I need to move. Thanks a lot guys!

I needed someone to move me and my family to Little Rock, AR within a very short notice. I called all over town, and no one could do it. I called Great American Van Lines and they told me "YES". In my last move Great American van lines fetched unlimited happiness for my family including me! We moved lots of stuffs and a grand piano through their spacious and clean truck. My target location was Georgia. Great American has some extremely supportive and innovative staffs. Whenever they fell in difficulty, they found solutions by any technique. They understood all of my problems and reduced all worries about moving. Actually they helped us as friend. Price was also reasonable. That’s because they are the highest recommended company in the New Jersey and other states.

They came on time and were on task. My daughter’s canopy bed was no problem for them to disassemble and on delivery they put it back together in no time. I also like the way they worked as a team when maneuvering the large armoire down the stairs. The truck was clean and well organized and I feel like I was dealing with professionals and for the price I feel it was a bargain.

I have moved a lot in the last 5 years. So I know which and what can go wrong. But I’m glad to say Great American Van lines didn’t mess up anything. Usually the movers don’t arrive on time but this mover was exactly on time. They smoothly lifted and moved all of our furniture on to the truck. They are very nice guys. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I just sat there and watch them complete their task. No complaints at all!

Great American Van Lines were more than punctual. They called me before arrival and asked if I had any problem with their early arrival. The guys not only moved my belongings but even took care to set up my furniture in a style as I originally did it. They had extreme professionalism and great attention to details.
