Had the best plumber: courteous, professional, patiently explained issues encountered - had same person come back for second issue encountered. Marquis is the only plumber I will request if needed again.

Ben and Adrian arrived only 2 hours after my service call. After examining the problem with my kitchen sink, Adrian explained what needed to be done and gave me a (reasonable) estimate of the cost.
They were both respectful of my home, clean, courteous and finished the work in a relatively short amount of time. I've used RotoRooter several times over the years because of their efficiency and the quality of their work. I recommend them to all my friends.

I had a clogged drain and a disconnected pipe from my utility sink. The plumber was here within an hour of my phone call. He explained what he was going to do and when I told him future plans for adding in a second sink, he suggested putting in the connector piece now so it will be easier to connect the second sink.
He also put booties over his shoes whenever he walked on our hardwood and I appreciated that a lot especially since he was in and out of our basement which has a very dirty cement floor.
He also let me know that he would be in and out of the house several times and that at some point he was going to leave to pick up parts - I really appreciated knowing ahead of time that he would be leaving.
I'd rather not have to call a plumber at all but if I have to, I'll call them back.

Technician 3856 came, so sorry that I can't spell his name...He was very thorough...I had a blockage at the main main site and it was backing up into my basement....he offered great service explained what the blockage was and showed me...also as this was a result of a 40+ year build up of grease he offered their product to use weekly then monthly. in 2015 I had same problem the tech that came was not as thorough and did not offer the same advise.

Needed a water heater replaced, but it was not yet an emergency. Roto-Rooter sent out a very knowledgeable plumber for a quick visual inspection of the situation and a consultation. Then, a team of plumbers showed up (on time, as scheduled) to uninstall my old one and replace it with a brand new one. They were very knowledgeable and efficient, and they got my tank replaced and had hot water coming out within a couple of hours. Cost was no more than their estimate. I will use Roto-Rooter for future plumbing needs.

Patrick was friendly and knowledgeable. I called Roto-Rooter to replace my faucet and within 10 minutes, I received a call that Patrick was on the way. I'd use Roto-Rooter again!

Misael Cruz was amazing. He did an excellent job and was extremely professional. He walked us through the issue and explained how it should be fixed. I highly recommend him and will request him in the future from Roto Rooter

The plumber showed up and provided me with a quote of $245 to remove whatever was clogging the toilet (if it was something soft) and $435 to remove it (if it was something hard). I asked for a discount, received 30% off and he got to work. Within 3 minutes he complained that he thought this would be easier and he should not have given me a discount. After 10 min whatever was in yhe toilet went down the pipe into the sewer and he did not pull out anything. Now i am worried that my sewer might back up because he stated that it is a possibility and there is nothing he can do about it. Walked into the house with wet shoes and a wet jacket all the way to my kitchen with 0 courtesy. Did his service and left and did not even bother to say bye or anything nice like thanks for using our service. Not calling these guys again.

We have a horrendous sewer backup problem and called Roto-Rooter on a Friday. They had to call us back to give us the next available time, 6 hours go by, and no call. Finally we called them back at the end of the day, and a rep said we "tried" to call you (we confirmed they had the right numbers -- we did not get any calls because we were watching the phone like a hawk). In any event, we were told someone will come out 8am-10am the next morning. We called the next morning to confirm, another rep told us we have you down 8am-12 noon. We called back and forth and got some rude rep that hangs up on us as we are trying to get a status confirmation that the time we are waiting is not wasted. We are still waiting for them to get back with us if someone can come out today..as they said they would.

Had a sewage back up in my basement and Service showed up exactly when he said he would be there. Explained what he would do, and was very careful to cover my walls and floors before starting to work. Took the time to flush out my shower and left it clean of the sewer waste. And also left with all the garbage.

I was so upset to find that I had sewage backing up through my basement floor. My new washing machine was sitting in waste. I called Roto-Rooter and they were at my house sooner than expected. After much hard work and patience the handy man they sent out (Foster) had unclogged my main line. I have had no problems since.
