After only two days, my water is drying and water logged carpet removed. I already have an excavation plan for a sump pump should I want to go that route too... so many options, THANK YOU ROTO-ROOTER!

Roto-rooter stands behind their word. I had a problem with my shower & explained the situation to the manager, Jason Nelson, who promised to stay on top of things. The 2 techs that were sent out--Purcell (ID 3755) & Kristina (ID 6067) were great--punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. I had to have my shower problem addressed twice prior to them coming out--once for the cold water and once for the hot. The 3rd time, it turned out that there was a problem with the shower head, but because to resolve the previous problems Roto- Rooter had dealt to some extent with the shower head, they said they would take care of it. Other companies might have charged me for the 3rd visit. It's no wonder they have built a stellar reputation as a national company.

Sam (#4514) and Sawng (#2097) arrived very promptly on a Sunday night, needed a specialty part, so returned first thing Monday morning and performed the expert repair quickly. Excellent “worksite” manners and pleasantly answered all my questions. Highly recommended :-)

Service Tech Dama Fanai responded within a few hours of our call. He was very professional and courteous. He quickly found and cleared a blockage 30 feet from our kitchen sink. Because I couldn't clear out under the sink, due to a recent knee replacement, Dama removed all the cleaning products, etc. and then replaced them when he was done. Excellent job and much appreciated.

The reason for the 4-star rating is because of the price. I thought $500 for a kitchen snake out was a bit much. But on the other hand, everything else about the service was great. The technician showed up within the promised 2-hour window. He seemed very knowledgeable about the problem and explained with a diagram what was going on. I think the job was done within an hour and he didn't make a complete mess of everything. I probably will call Roto-Rooter again if I have a plumbing problem, simply because I remember the Roto-Rooter song from many years ago when my parents usually called them.

Corey McCray (and the entire RR Team) is a super star! He spent the entire day, and well into the night, pulling out my insulation, dry wall, carpet and padding following our week of rain resulting in my basement flooding. This has been a very emotional week for me, but the entire Roto Rooter team has been reassuring and professional every step of the restoration process. I will always call them first! // C Jenkins

Yesterday after being away all day I came home to a broken water heater. Rotorooter was here within 30 minutes. Cung (5511) came assessed the problem and was joined by Daryl (3172) and my water heater was replaced. It took longer than expected because my heater is in an enclosed space in my closet. They were both pleasant and kept me apprised of what was going on. Because of their professionalism and honesty I will call rotorooter any time I have a plumbing problem. Betsy A.

My shower had a leak so I scheduled an appointment online for the following morning (between 8-12). The technician arrived promptly at 8. Once he was done repairing the shower he made sure to show me there was no longer a leak. He also made sure to check the water pressure and heat of the water. He did a great job!

It rained last night and the outside drain clogged and spilled into the basement. Not a great way to start a Monday. The Roto-Rooter team led by Dama came to our rescue!!! They provided same-day service, they called when they were on their way to the house, and when they found that not only was the drain clogged but the sump pump was done they gave me all of the options on what we could do. We of course wanted it fixed right away and this was middle of the afternoon. However, no problem!!! They worked on the drain clog, got a new sump pump, and replaced the broken one. When they were finished, they showed me that all of it worked and water was now passing through the drain and the sump pump was working ! They kept me informed during the entire process of replacement, and were extremely polite! When they left, I looked at all of the work and the sump pump area was all cleaned up, and the outer drain area was cleaner than it has ever been!!! These folks are fantastic and they did an outstanding job! I hope we don't have another plumbing issue, but if we do, these folks are getting a call for an estimate. I am extremely pleased with their service and their ability to get the job done in the same day. Great team!

I have always been pleased with Roto-rooter. Three years ago, they came when I had a sewer line break - they did the cleanup and the excavating division replaced my sewer pipe. They are always prompt. Yesterday I had a leaking hot water heater and they were the only company that I called that would come out right away. The hot water heater was promptly replaced. The technician was polite and friendly.

After turning on the water to my exterior water spout that was shut off for the winter, a pipe burst. Made an appointment late Thursday night for the next day, and Joseph (#5423) came on time for a Friday early afternoon appointment. Joseph was professional and informative. He gave me a few options for fixing the issue since access to the burst pipe was not easy, so I knew upfront the best case scenario cost estimate and the worst case. Luckily, the lower cost option worked! Plus I had a service coupon. This is the 4th time I’ve used Roto-Rooter since becoming a new home owner a couple of years ago in this area, and so far I have been more than satisfied. I think the Jessup location is the one that always services me, and each visit has been good.

Prompt and courteous service. Sailo and Joseph were excellent in attending to our problems. I highly recommend their service.

Excellent same day response. Technician, Chris, was highly qualified. Communication with the service department was very impressive. All work performed was completed in a timely manner and I'm very satisfied. This was my first experience with Roto-Rooter. I would not hesitate to contact them for my future plumbing needs.

Purcell 3755 is a excellent tech with a can do attitude , he quoted me the cost and got to work. I was pleased with the service and the results. I would recommend Roto Rooter and Purcell as the tech.

I had an issue with a clogged drain in my basement, which two other plumbers were not able to resolve. Christopher came at 6pm on Friday, made the right diagnosis and fixed the issue in two hours. He was courteous and professional.

Came promptly, within a couple hours.
Were very professional and businesslike.
Cleared the stoppage.
Found a foreign object 40’ down our main drain.
DID NOT TRY TO PULL IT OUT!
Claimed we have to excavate to remove it?
Will seek a second opinion...
