My basement had water damage and techs Bret (#4707) and Jake(#2445) got everything cleaned out and set up all the equipment and got all the restoration work done in 3 days. They were extremely helpful and knew what they were doing very well and made sure everything was clean. Just loved their service and sincerity. Would highly recommend them!

We just got service from Rotorooter for our basement toilet. Tech came promptly, gave estimate and started work right away. We had to replace an ASCENT II maserating toilet system. This was a difficult job. The tech from roto rooter did a great job. Was patient and helpful even though the job went a little beyond his estimate. The tech was Khiangte (#7909). Will be glad to have them back for similar difficult jobs that we might have.

I was pleased with my service. The Tech was great. My only negative response was the pricing which seemed to be "high". It appears that Roto Rooter has 2 sets of pricing. One for new customers and one for customers who have used Roto Rooter before.

On Preakness Saturday afternoon my plumbing backed up. I called Roto-Rooter and a very nice young woman (Jenay) said a repairman would be out in an hour and sure enough they were right on time. Greg Thompson #8288 and Quintin#2586 did an excellent, professional job and were friendly polite and courteous. They made the repair in an hour or so, and they knew exactly what to do. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterward, even moving furniture back into place. Within 2-3 hours from my calling, the repair was completely finished, just in time to watch the Preakness ! Thats as good as it gets ! I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing service.

Excellent service. they called before they came and I was able to get an appointment right away. I was bit shocked by the price of $628 to snake two of my tub drains but Jeff said it's guaranteed for 6 months.

Scheduled appt. window from 9-11am. Received call at 10am that technician would arrive around 12pm. Never received any other update call, until technician arrived at 2:30pm! No explanation for delay, no compensation for a Sunday lost waiting around? Frustrating. Technician was nice, and problem was solved, too bad it started off on a sour note.

the tech showed up when he was scheduled which was at the end of his shift and was very happy to help with the situation. Robert Boyle was his name. Robert stayed til the wee morning hours to make sure that the job was done right and up to code.

After all the hidden problems that came up,Robert was very upbeat and respectful even though I knew he was exhausted. I would definitely recommend roto rooter to anyone in need of plumbing issues whether it is an emergency or not.

From the time I called in and they still had my name and address from 2001(!) I was impressed. Within a half hour Van Nghaka was here, assessed my basement floor drain blockage, showed me how much it would cost, explained how my sewer lines are laid out, and had it fixed and flowing. He even showed me what had clogged the pipe. Nice six month warranty too. Will use Roto Rooter again.

Excellent service - I used their services in the past but needed them to come for a new issue this past Saturday (3/14/2015) as my toilet wasn't working. They scheduled a technician and provided status updates on when the technician would arrive. Lal arrived -- and immediately diagnosed the problem. Since I loved the call updates, follow-up and quick diagnosis - I added a plumbing problem to the call. He fixed both.....and left me with no more plumbing issues. I'll definitely call Roto-Rooter again for other services...and thank the technician Lal for doing an excellent job.

Came home to a wet basement floor and determined that my sewer lateral was backed-up (again). Called a few local plumbers, got no response, so I called Roto-Rooter and a technician arrived at my house within 30mins. The technician talked me through the entire process, explained what the problem was likely caused by (roots) and how the drain cleaning and video inspection works. A short time later, my drain was clear and the problem root plug was extracted. Great technician and even better service. He even located my outside cleanout that was buried by the previous homeowner. Excellent service--I'd hire again.

I called Roto-Rooter when my ceiling started leeking. They came out right away and accessed the problem. They were kind and took the time to explain what had to be done and how much they estimated the cost to be. I'm a senior citizen and have difficulty walking. They were very careful to leave me room so i could get to my kitchen. The service was excellent. I would refer this company to anyone needing work to be done. And hope the company appreciates how wonderful their employees are they certainly made Roto-Rooter an impression on us. We were very pleased with the end result. I had Roto- Rooter fixes the pipes under my sink and the service's was excellent. The technician explain to me what the problems and he fixes the pipes. The service was excellent!!!!!!

Today, I called Roto Rooter about a clogged toilet. Let me tell you, the fine customer service started when I spoke with Christina, and she assured me that despite the impending snow storm, a technician would be sent out. I went downstairs to tell my mother, and soon after I got back upstairs, I got a call from Rene saying the technician was on his way. I thought I was going to have to wait a couple of hours, but it was more like a couple of seconds. Then, the technician, Chal, a very handsome and sweet Asian gentleman, arrived in about 15 minutes. I watched as he skillfully augered the toilet. Even after the toilet flushed, he was not pleased with how slowly the tank was filling up with water. He said the water pressure was very low. He went to work on correcting that problem by removing an old part on the side of the toilet that was interfering with the water pressure. I asked about the price of the snake, and he said it costs about $50 at some hardware stores like Home Depot. When I told him that I would like to be able to auger the toilet should it clog again, he assured me that I could do it since I had watched him. I appreciate that he didn't say something like, "You should want to do that because you're a female." I like learning new things, and Chal taught me something today. I appreciate the quick, friendly, and professional service Christina, Rene, and Chal demonstrated in helping to get our toilet flushing well again. It had not been flushing properly in a few day now. I just used the toilet since Chal fixed it, and guess what, it's flushing like a brand new toilet! I had called a friend about unclogging the toilet before I called Roto Rooter, but I didn't touch bases with him until Chal was leaving . Thanks for the speedy and efficient service Roto Rooter :)!
