A fantastic dealer and service dept. I have never been to a dealership where the owner was so friendly and knowledgeable as Steve is to his customers. He is an enthusiast himself as are most of the staff from sales to parts to service. It's always a pleasure talking with Curt in service and he goes above and beyond the call of duty. As a new fanboy to Aprilia I'm very excited that we have an official dealer so close to home who knows these bikes in and out.

I bought a new Aprilia Shiver 750 here last week. It was a great experience. The sales people and manager were totally professional. The process was quick, easy and I would happily recommend Reno's to other people. Thanks!

Do not use them for repairs. We took our Seadoo in for a fuel pump issue. I was told they checked the pump and it was fine they told me that the stator and Bendix were bad. He tried to sell me a new spark. I authorize the repair and after they were done I got a phone call telling me that the fuel pump was bad. Now they're wanting another $1200 because they can't replace just the fuel pump because supposedly Seadoo does it make a replacement pump. Instead they have to replace a $900 part. I was told by the parts guy that if my husband took it apart he could remove the fuel pump and get a number off of it so we could order it direct to replace it. Thought that's why we took it to the dealer. And if we found the part cheaper online to let them know before we ordered it because they might be able to price match it. Really feeling like they tried to screw us.

I had known of Reno's for years but only became a regular customer last year when I was in search of a different street beasty. I participated in two of their demo days with Ducati and Yamaha which were quite fun complete with free eats and the chance to ride a bike that I had always drooled over, the Ducati Diavel. I was strongly considering a basically new trade in Triumph Speed Triple 1050 they had in their used inventory for a great price when I found my Aprilia Tuono 1000R from a local for an even better deal. I brought my new to me beast to Reno's and had a great talk with owner Steve and service mgr. Curt. Steve has owned every Tuono since their inception, every model year, and he is extremely knowledgeable and obviously a fan of these amazing machines. Despite not buying one of their bikes these guys have been a wealth of knowledge to me and have performed a few minor maint. items for a very fair price to get my bike in like new operating condition. I pop in from time to time to drool at new Aprilias and they always remember me and are very friendly. I've been to other dealers in the area for years but this is the place and it's not even close, ok Triumph in Olathe is really good too. When I decide to finally buy that brand new Tuono this is where it will come from. By the way Reno's is the only Aprilia dealer for hours and these Italian machines are the best in the industry that almost no one has heard of...except riders who know the pleasure of an exotic machine. So come into this place excited, don't be shy, they are just as excited about the bikes as you are! This is a big kids toy store!

Very nice people. Good products, great service. I purchased a helmet and frog togs for my cycle trip down south over the holidays. Both work perfectly. They told me I could easily return if I had issues. Good experience

Friendly staff, great selection of motor sport vehicles and easy access. My wife and I get all our spark plugs and waverunner accessories here. There are a few places in town to get your power sport needs filled but none as good as Reno's

I've been going to Reno's Yamaha for year's, I purchased a motorcycle from them in 2012, the sale's associate was patient and didn't try to push the sale on me, he stood back and let me look at the bike's and when I had a question he answered them in a professional manner, as long as he stays employed there he will be the person I go to.

My favorite dealer in the KC area!!! There are only two Yamaha dealers in the metro, one is 2 miles from my house, but I ride the extra 30+ minutes to come to Reno's. I'm always welcomed when I come in the door, staff is always friendly, willing to help. They have great prices, and a awesome selection. I have brought all my friends here to buy parts, and bikes. They have all had the same great experience. Plus nobody has as many sexy bikes on the showroom!!!

I was in dire need for spark plugs for my jet skis and the other shop I've went to were completely out. I didn't even know this place was here, but they had what I needed in stock so I ran out there. When I walked in, everyone in the front just stared at me...strange, but okay. Once I go back to the parts area, there's a line. The people behind the counter don't say anything, which is fine. It's finally my turn, I get my part and I leave. Nothing fantastic to say on the experience since there wasn't a lot of interaction, but they had my part and that's what makes me happy!

Just bought a bike from Reno's and they have been very easy to deal with during and after the sale. I would recommend anyone looking for a bike to visit Reno's. The staff is very friendly and they go the extra mile to take care of you!
