I went to Katy Furniture to buy a formal dining room set. They have a great seletion to choose from. Julie greeted me when i came in and helped me find the perfect set.

Katy Furniture has a wide selection of furniture at reasonable prices. I came in looking for a dining set. Julie helped me find the right one. I'll definitely be back when I'm ready for my next purchase.

I had already looked online and had an idea of what I was wanting to purchase, but wanted to see the items in person. Staff is very friendly, understood what I was asking for and made it happen.

Do not buy from this establishment bought a bedroom set and was not installed correctly and it came damaged was given the runaround and was told all sales are final as a customer that was affected by hurricane Harvey we lost a lot just to loose again with this bad merchandise worst experience ever

Came in knowing what we wanted and was escorted to it right away. Very friendly staff and sales.

I purchased a bedroom set and it was delivered with a crack at the footboard. It was not noticeable at first because there was tape on the mirror at the footboard. Once the tape was removed, it was noticeable.
I immediately notified the company and I was deferred to the customer service website. I was prompted to furnish customer service representative with pictures and details regarding the damaged furniture.
It has been over six weeks and no remediation has been made. Katy furniture did report that they notified the manufacturers, but they couldn't affirm an estimated time of arrival.
This is extremely unprofessional to continue to charge me the monthly fee for furniture that is damaged. I believe they don't have any intention of remediating this issue. Considering that the money flew right out of my hand real fast, the resolution to this issue should have been expedited.
Waiting several weeks for a footboard replacement is unconscionable.
The finance company has already been notified that a stop payment on the monthly payments will be enforced if I do not receive the footboard replacement by April 7, 2018, which will be 2 months requisite period.
They are not trustworthy! Due to their lack of responsiveness, without being prompted and untrustworthiness, I would give them a zero 🌟

Went in to Katy furniture to purchase new furniture. spoke with Julie who was very helpful and explained every option I had. Prices were very cheap and quality of furniture was awesome. I would recommend Katy furniture to anybody needing quality furniture at a cheap price

Great service and help with selection of furniture. Came to pick up a day bed for my daughter and ended up leaving with a sectional also. Highly recommend buying from here

Bait and switch. Saw a storage bed on their web site for $599.00. At the store we found it under a different name for $699.00. Eventually after a long wait, Amy said it had been discontinued and they were removing it form their web site. 7 hours later it is still there.

Purchased multiple times from Katy furniture in the past. Amy did a great job today. She greeted us and helped us find what we were looking for.
