They fought for approval and kaden did exceptional well especialy with keeping in contact with me with all and any new updaes and because of the effort to make a new purchase kadenn made it happe.

We looked at a Tahoe online for almost 3 weeks and talked to Dan Black about it, put a $500 deposit on it to hold it for the week until we could go look at it. Drove the 4 hours to Kellogg, and it wasn't there! It was in the body shop getting fixed (even though he told us it had never been in an accident) and would be ready in a few hours... then a few more hours..." but we have a really nice older Tahoe that we can show you in about an hour or two" talk about a waste of time! These are the type of ugly sales tactics that give car sales people a bad name. If a vehicle is not available to look at, don't put it on your website and encourage people to waste a day driving for nothing. We ended up going to Autonation in Spokane Valley where we were treated like our time was valuable and our business was important!

Provided by YP.comI have bought two new vehicles from Dave Smith Motors, a GMC 2500 4x4 in 2008 and a GMC 3599 van in 3011 and Im coming back for more. The commercial sales and service staff were 100% on the job. All expectations were exceeded and the savings were amazing.. That is why I am shopping for more. This time its a Caddy for my wife.

Provided by YP.comWhen we called Dave Smith we were asked to give them a shot and to hold off on pursuing any alternatives until they had a shot to try to get us into a car. We did as they asked and boy did they make us sorry!
We worked with the Sales Associate, Owen, for well over 3 weeks and were disappointed nearly 100% of the time. He had excuse after excuse as to why things were taking so long. We would have to call and call and still would not always get as little as a call back.
He would say a price, give me all the specifics as to how the price was figured and why they couldn't go down any further, but would give a final number. Then I would talk to him later, and surprise-surprise in a matter of hours the price on the same exact car had increased a $1,000!
We were lied to repeatedly, we were made promises and reassured of all these great things but when it came down to it even the smallest of promises would fall through.
We had even closed our business early, taken our children out of school early just so we could go on a 5 hour drive to close a deal we were told was set up. Then at the last possible second, mind you, our bags were packed and in the car waiting, Owen called and informed us of how not only was the car we were trying for not in stock but the only car he could get us into he couldn't even guarantee had Air Conditioning or any other basic features. To top it off there was a good chance that we could drive all that way there and would still have to drive back in the same vehicles.
That is right, even though we had worked on this for over 3 weeks, there was still no certainty that we would be getting any car at all! - We were mortified!!!
I would never recommend Dave Smith to anyone!!!! I would definitely say, "Dave Smith may have a reputation for having been great, well I don’t know if that is fact but if it is, that evidently is in the past. What I do know is that the economy is in a very weak state, people are struggling and the last thing we need is for someone to make promises to us and break them. Don't waste your time even calling them, go to your local dealership; even if it is the worst one in town, it is still probably more reliable than the communication impaired employees that are out in the middle of nowhere in Idaho, that will lie to you every step of the way no matter what it may cost you. They may seem like they are just what you are looking for, but trust me, they are just what you are trying to avoid!”
We only had the pleasure of working with Owen, so perhaps one of the other 100 + salespeople are more competent, but I wouldn’t count on it!!!
Save yourself some grief and go ANYWHERE ELSE!!
