Justin was wonderful! Walked me through all I needed to know. Best pet store experience ever!

Knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and anticipated some too. Helped on what I needed to start him off at home - very personable. Listened to her advice and felt she was pleasant to be around. Sweet person!

Justin explained everything from 1st night to crate & potty training. I have had other dogs and thought I knew a lot. Justin educated me on easier ways to achieve the happy puppy.

Petland is one of the cleanest pet stores I have ever been to. For example if one of the animals goes to the bathroom it is immediatly cleaned. The animals there are very friendly and well taken care of! Everytime I visit on the weekend there is a vet there checking on the animals health and well being.

most knowledgeable staff ever, and sharp, clean surroundings. individual 'get to play' areas.

I've been in Petland many times before. The staff is always SUPER friendly, very helpful, and always encouraging you to hold and play with a puppy! Having no intentions to buy a one, I already have two, I went in and ended up falling in love with a boxer. A few days later, I couldn't stop thinking about him, so I sent an email through their website. i actually received a call from one of the owners the same day. I was very impressed.

Employees are always helpful and could easily point you in the right direction if you're looking for something specific.

Very nice that if you are walking and do actually want to stop in, it is a 'pet friendly' establishment so you don't have to worry about what to do with your dog while you go browse.

Just wanted to say thank you to Petland Kennesaw. It used to cost me hundreds of dollars to get my dog's yearly shots. Now it's only $59!

I had a bunch of questions when it came to switching my dog food from a regular store brand to one of their quality brands, and was blown away by the level of service the store owner provided me.

Clean store, tons of animals, nice employees, and kid friendly! The staff actually know what they are talking about, and love what they do. They let you come and play with the animals in the store, regardless if you are going to buy that day or not. My kids had a blast at this Petland, and got a balloon before we left. Needless to say, we all had a smile on our face.

They are all so friendly, the place is clean, and they have the friendliest birds I have ever seen in my life.

I could rave about this store forever, but space is limited, so let me just say this: If you are looking for a store that cares about their pets and their customers more than the almighty dollar, then Petland in Kennesaw, GA is the pet store for you!
