My daughter had a water issue in her home. QR came out and took care of the water issue for us. They did the dry out and made sure that everything that wet was taken out of the home so we would not have any issues with mold in the future from this water exposure to the wood flooring, drywall, and baseboards.

Quality Restoration did an amazing job remediating water damage on multi-levels of our home. Cody, our lead technician, was hands-down exceptional, and we are so appreciative for his dedication and attention to detail. I am asthmatic and have severe allergies, so we were incredibly apprehensive about the possibility of mold and other allergens as our home was flooded with sewage water.


C.J. and Cody took great care in planning out how to safely complete the work in light of the difficult health issues at hand. Cody was genuinely concerned with the potential health threat and was very diligent about making sure the job was done correctly and efficiently while still protecting my health. His expertise in mold remediation and constant reassurance and patience was much needed and appreciated. I cannot express how grateful we are to have had such a talented and conscientious lead tech responsible for our home. We appreciate you Cody!


The Company's response time was great. From start to finish, the employees conducted themselves with professionalism and were always courteous and timely. Cody regularly checked in with us, kept us well informed every step of the way and always provided a detailed list of tasks completed and next steps at the end of each day. We never had to question where we were in the process or what was left to complete. Such a great feeling!


The company has also helped and continues to help us navigate the home owners insurance process through the remediation and now the restoration. Although I was misled about the pricing and how it would coordinate with my insurance, the payment process more than made up for it. We had some unfortunate situations which affected our finances but Alvita worked with us beyond what we probably deserved to allow us to pay the rest of what we owed. We are grateful for that.

Today Quality Restoration provided us some excellent service to prepare my home for restoration. The water line under my kitchen sink broke unknowing to us even though we were home. Water covered the kitchen, master bedroom, breakfast area, part of the family room floors. Kevin and Marco did an outstanding job preparing the rooms for drying out. As they perform their functions, they explained to us as they performed the various task. They left the rooms free of damaged debris.

I am A Professional Plumber and I have seen this Company Many times at a Customer's Job where they have had Water damage issues I Never Expected to See them At My House , I Came home from Work To a Flooded Kitchen and Basement Living Room My HVAC system Broke And The condensation line flooded. Them both I rememberd them for Other jobs and They Have always been Professional. And They were Just That for My Family. It makes you Fill so good when A Company Helps you When disaster Hits they Cleaned Up after them Selfs As they were working and Answered all of My and my Kids Questions. Mike at Quality Restoration is a true professional. This is the second time I have used Mike and Quality Restoration and I am just as impressed this time as I was the first time I used them.

I contacted Mike late in the afternoon on Tuesday and he answered my call on the 2nd ring and was at my house reviewing our mold issues the next morning. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and didn’t try to talk over my head or try to up-sell me on fixing issues that weren’t issues. Mike gave me a fair price and the work was second to none. I called quality restoration for a septic clog and flooded basement, and they sent someone out immediately on a weeknight with an hour commute. Joe was professional, honest, thorough, and helpful. He fully described all my options and pros and cons of each. He taught me everything I needed to know about an insurance claim and even offered to call for me. This company really cares about their customers and tries to meet them where they are. I so appreciate the quick response and honest communication. I would call them back in a heartbeat and will use this company the rest of my life!

Quality Restoration, is quick, honest, efficient, and very professional. They are compassionate and caring when something tragic such as home damage occurs. We had had to use them on more than one occasion. While we hope the need doesn't arise again, if we have a need they will be the first and ONLY company we call.

Normally, restoration and renovations can be quite stressful and there tends to be a lack of communication throughout the process, but Quality Restoration is FAR from that. The process was as stress free as possible, there was open communication throughout the entire process, and the job was done RIGHT. I highly & strongly recommend Quality Restoration for anyone and everyone looking for a good, trustworthy & ethical company to choose- I know they will be my first go-to the next time I'm in need. My experience started off good like some of the others. They were very knowledgeable and walked through the insurance process well but things took a turn when the crew actually arrived. A lot of broken promises. And when I brought up previous discussions about what to expect they ran to their document that is so basic and doesn't include any detail to say, since it's not on here, they aren't going to do it unless I paid more. Even something as basic as disinfecting a sewage leak area, which is expected since that is why they were called for the job.

Also, please avoid the company they recommend to put your house back together after the fact. They do as little work as possible and takes all of your insurance check and cuts corners. They do not fully restore you back to whole but they do fully take your check and any supplements.

The initial interactions gave confidence but they don't do any work if they don't write it down, no man of word or handshakes here.

Be careful as they will put a bunch of unnecessary equipment in your home as well, that runs up your power bills and they charge you for the equipment being there.

Also they send so many people to your home, be very observant. We caught one of the crew members taking pictures of our home that had nothing to do with the work area. Shortly after we had a break-in at the very area that I caught him taking unnecessary photos. Sketchy.

Overall be cautious when selecting a company. If I knew then what I know now, I'd get everything in writing and question everything that seems suspicious.

My house was flooded in water and instead of having to let it sit until the morning Quality Restoration came out and helped get it dry at 1 a.m. Mike came through and used a water tester to check for damages and to determine how far the water spread both on the main floor and in the basement. His team showed up right behind him and got all the fans set up in the crawlspace and everywhere else it needed drying out. They cut out some of the soaked drywall as well to help with airflow behind the walls.

The next afternoon they were back to finish tearing out all of the damaged flooring. They were respectful with my property and worked quickly. Although it sucks to need a service like this, I'm glad Mike and his team we're there to help out.

Fantastic service. These guys are a life saver if you have water damage. Call them immediately and they can help with insurance claims. We are so appreciative of the work and time these guys did for us when we had a shower pan leak.

They were very helpful. They explained the situation to me in detail and were able to pinpoint the problem with their machine (for example, they showed me where the water was pooled in my ceiling). I was able to negotiate with them on the price. I appreciate their prompt service.

I really have nothing but good things to say about Roman and the crew with Quality Restoration! I had a very flooded basement, which had turned into a bit of a disaster. They were reasonable with pricing, (I shopped around) and their customer service was outstanding! I'm actually hard pressed to believe some of the other low reviews on here, they have my full recommendation!

In February 2017, we were referred to Quality Restoration when our basement flooded. The same day of the referral, an estimator came out within a couple hours’ notice. Once given the job, they immediately sent a fantastic team to our home and they got to work. Also, they worked 7 days a week and around the clock to finish the job quickly.

We also appreciate the fine and professional customer service that Alvita, Claims Analyst/Office Assistant always provided us. The bottom line is that we had a great professional experience with Quality Restoration and would definitely welcome them back into our home if ever needed again.

This company truly is in a class of their own and provided us with outstanding customer service. Our water heater burst, and our plumber suggested and contacted Quality Restoration for us. Mike and his team were at our house within the hour and got to work right away. Mike also sat down with us and thoroughly explained everything they would be doing as well as what to expect going forward.
