Dr Franklin is an amazing doctor with an excellent manner and kindly person. Excellent experience as he feels me confidence with my process treatment veins.

Dr. Franklin was very understanding and made sure to get my Varithena treatments scheduled in a timely manner. He was very informative and answered all of my questions.
Also I would like to say that Sandra and Carolina were very pleasant every visit, they answered any questions I had .

Dr. Franklin's office staff is nice and helpful. He is also very knowledgeable and explained his process during my procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Franklin and his staff.

5 stars for Dr. Franklin in all categories. So happy I decided to have these procedures done.

Staff and MD's were great listeners and considerate of my needs.

After much hesitation I made a consult appointment appointment with Dr Franklin for my varicose veins. I had thought that my issues were all apart of aging & that insurance would deem cosmetic & not cover. Both couldn't have been further from the truth. I was covered by insurance & I don't remember when my legs have felt better. No heaviness, pain or cramping. Appointments were quick & relatively pain free!!! Wish I would have done sooner!!! Thank you both Dr's Frankiln...love my painfree legs!!

I came in with really bad Abdominal pain and was unsure of what was going on with me. I spoke to the provider and he examined me. I ended up making a trip to the ER and he made sure all my paper work was ready when i got there. He knew exactly what was wrong with me and i am glad i chose this urgent care facility to come to.

He was willing to know about me and why I was here in the first place. It made me feel welcomed and happy.

always a pleasure to come into a Dr office and see smiling faces and good attitudes..This place has changed for the better since ( a house cleaning ) Sometimes it is necessary to replace people who make tghe atmosphere a place of dread when you are already not feeling well. I originally came to Vein Associates on a Groupon for Sclerotherapy. Little did I know that I had bigger issues, varicose veins that needed to be treated before doing Sclero. Dr. Franklin performed the procedure on four areas to burn the varicose veins and shortly after that followed up with the Sclerotherapy (still giving me the Groupon price). Since the varicose procedure, I have not had any swelling or throbbing legs which I had previously. Today's follow up is great!
