My long haired Chihuahua never looked fluffier and cuter!! Plus she had a fabulous time, wasn't nervous at all.

Great experience. Vanessa treated my dog like she was one of her own. Would definitely recommend.

Heads to Tails is an excellent place to take your dog for grooming services. I always get in at a time that works for me and the groomer is so friendly and treats my dog, Champ well. I feel confident he's safe and in good hands!

My wife always takes her dog here and I appreciate it because my wife has a miniature poodle. That dog is always stinky when she leaves that house and smells great when she returns from the groomers. So again, I really appreciate it.

My dog has never been happy when I pick her up from grooming. This is my first experience with Heads to Tails Grooming Spa and will defiantly be back! She looks gorgeous and she seemed to actually like it!

I took my poodle here because I spoke to the new groomer and she and I discussed the groom well in advance. I told her I wanted a fluffy look and specific poodle looks. She was very informitive and very knowledgeable. She did not rush me and she really seemed to listen. @ and a half hours later she called to inform me that Cocoa was ready! This was amazing. Not the standard five or six hours or even all day but just 2 and a half. cocoa looked exactly like I had hoped! I finally found a wonderful groomer I can trust. Cocoa was SO happy she was prancing all over the store when I was paying. I had called the other groom shop up the street from Vanessa's shop just before calling Heads To Tails. They wanted 40 dollars more and told me it would be close to 6 hours. I am so glad I decided to call Heads to Tails!! I will never go anywhere else now!

After 2 attempted visits to the grooming spa, service was not provided. I was ask to reschedule again. I have never been more dissatisfied with grooming service. Will never visit this groomer again. I've wasted too much time and resources already, to meet 2 attempted visits.

Do not go here under any circumstances. I called on a Monday to make an appointment on Wednesday or Thursday of this week, it wasn't a same day appointment. The appointment took 6 hours, my dog was dropped of at noon and he wasn't ready for pick up until 6pm. When I picked him up he was still damp, matted and had dirt around his paws. The owner kept talking about how she only uses humane techniques to groom the dogs, while others torture the dogs. I've watched my dog being groom at other places and we're done in 1 1/2 hours and they are very gentle with my dog. I'm not sure what she did with my dog for 6 hours.



The owner was extremely rude and my dog is afraid of her. I highly recommend you don't take your dog here.

I have taken my pup to many grooming salons before and was never fully satisfied until I tried out Heads to Tails. The groomer/owner did an excellent job! Highly recommend this place!!!

Venessa is so good with animals. My pup, Kiu, took to her right away. She did a wonderful job. Thank you so much.
