Very professional employees, from the moment I called to the moment the carpet cleaners left my home. I was very impressed by the great customer service and the amazing carpet cleaning that I received in my Kissimmee, FL home. Very happy!!!

I had trouble with a different carpet cleaning company. The other company told me over the phone that the carpet cleaning would be $70 for 5 rooms. I was thrilled because the price was so low. Yeah, too good to be true. They came to my home and told me that the $70 didn't include any soap. They said the dirt stains, some food stains, and some soda stains I had in the living room would cost extra. They also wanted to charge me to clean the closets. After they were finished I ended up paying $190. And the really horrible part is that they really didn't do a good job. They missed spots in the bedroom, some of the stains didn't come out, and I was overcharged. However, this time around I did my research and found Carpet Cleaning Kissimmee. They were highly rated, had a carpet cleaning package online that was laid out crystal clear and included all stain treatments, and they were the Angie's List award winners for several years in a row. I decided to give them a try. To my amazement, the price was EXACTLY what I was quoted over the phone. The carpet never looked so good. The technicians were very detailed and didn't miss any spots. They worked hard and were polite. I now know that sometimes the "cheapest" company is not the best company. Carpet Cleaning Kissimmee is my ONLY carpet cleaner for Kissimmee from now on!
