Don't believe what anyone who talks negatively towards Steve Tinsley. Steven Tinsley is a man who gets right on people's cases and finds the best possible stratagem for the situation and he will personally text his clients and call them when he needs something or when it would be most comfortable for everyone. Hello Everyone!, My name is Marilyn G. I was going through hardship and had my back against the wall my ex-boyfriends wife had a battery charge against me and I did not know my rights or what to do! I'm a single parent and was terrified what would happen to me and my child let me add that I'm going to school to become an attorney however I was obviously not experienced in knowing the first thing of how to go about fighting this case let me add I just started school so I'm still learning basic law lol.. Well anyways I went to Mr. Tinsley and consulted with him not only did he meet with me on short notice but he accommodated my schedule with no fuss. During our meeting he gave me a sense of peace in which I did not have since the incident he was very upfront and honest with me and did not just say what I wanted to hear. What I liked about Mr. Tinsley is that in the past I have dealt with attorneys that I spoke more to their sectary than to the attorney handling my case always giving me the run around ect. Mr. Tinsley was different he answered my calls or if he was not available he always returned my call and he worked with me and gave me updates of my case. I RECOMMEND HIM did I mention that as soon as he was retained for my case it was dropped in 3 day! But he still worked on my case further to assure that we had no surprises in the future I could not believe how fast all this was taken care of! In my opinion I would hire him for any future run ins(hopefully not) and recommend him to you!

before being extradited back to florida i called steve tinsley and unlike most lawyers who basically gives you an outrageous pric and no information , he took the time to ask me about my case and even let me know what kind of defense i would be getting. once i was extradited he got me a reasonable bond and all the evidence thrown out. he is Knowledgeable inside the court room and will fight for you. i highly recommend him to anyone who is having trouble with the law
