Kyle in finance was great as well. the entire purchasing experience was great.
my only complaint was I didn't even have the car 24 hours when I experienced my first issue. the AC died, we called Ricky on his cell and even though he was technically on vacation he still told us what to do and had us bring in the car the next day.(Monday) he made arrangements for the issue to be resolved and for us to have a loaner. which I am still in at this point. so unfortunately I have not had the car I purchased in my possession for very long.

Michael answered all of my questions about the vehicle as if he had owned one his entire life. His professionalism and easy-going style made it easy to work with him and get the deal done.
We worked with Justin in the Finance Office. Again, his professionalism and easy-going manner made the entire finance process a breeze.

Provided by YP.comEddie gave me the price I was looking for, the exact vehicle I wanted, and the customer service I expected. 100% happy with how Eddie handled the sale and I will definitely recommend him as a salesman!
On the other hand, I was very unhappy with John Jamall. I spotted a paint defect in the hood, which Eddie took very seriously and created an open warranty claim for, and he requested John to come out and look at it. The defect in the hood was a small void where the paint and clear coat was missing. John proceeded to use his finger nail to scratch at this defect over and over again even after he told us that he could feel the base coat. First of all, don't keep scratching my brand new hood even if there is a defect because it wasn't necessary to come to a logical conclusion as to what the problem was! I knew what the issue was and I didn't have to scratch the hell out of it. Secondly, he took his sweet time "analyzing" the issue and writing up the summary of the warranty claim. And third, he wrote that it was a customer complaint...a customer complaint? If it's a customer complaint to get a brand new fully loaded Santa Fe without a paint defect, then yes, it was a customer complaint. I was thoroughly upset that I have to get my brand new car's paint repaired but John's professionalism was aggravating and subpar. I will strongly urge everyone I know to stay away from John Jamal and to take their car issues to another dealer!

I don't have time to tell the whole story but the end result is I got a brand new car that fits my budget and the experience was 'no stress', it just happened. My whole family is happy that I have a new car. When you bless a mommy, you bless the whole family. I am very grateful. I think the law of attraction made this happen. I was at the right place at the right time. No doubt! My prayers were answered. Praise the Lord.

I had been speaking to him on and off on the phone regarding my 2013 Tucson, I had been in contact with another closer dealership, and although the other dealership offered a better deal, I opted to go with your Dealership because the customer service was awesome and the deal was still good. Provided by YP.comThis was the best buying experience I have ever had. This was my first new car buy in 27 years and Ricky Beaty navigated me through the process easily. He is very knowledgeable about the product and listens to the customer. I felt he was honest with his dealings with me allowing me trust him. He does everything possible to please the customer and goes well beyond expectations. My next car purchase will definitely be from Ricky. I might also mention that I was referred to Ricky by someone who has had two Hyundai purchases in his family.

Provided by YP.comThis was the first time i have ever purchased a brand new car. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Big Mike. Though my husband did most of the talking initially with Big Mike, we both felt he was shooting straight from the get go. Because of his honesty and no-pressure conversations, I just felt it best to purchase our car from Mike instead of another competitor who was offering the same car for the same price.

Provided by YP.comMr. Jimmy Ogbaa, (his name is not on your list), meet us at the car lot and was so polite and helpful. He showed us everything that fit what we were looking at, which gave us choices ! He never once was forceful or overbearing. He had a conversation with us about news, family, business. He never pushed us to make a decision. He gave us the info to take home and we called a week later ready to trade. Need more gentlemen like this in that environment.

Provided by YP.comMy car had to be tied up for two days due to a defective part being sent to dealer. Although I realize that this was not the dealer's fault, I was still not very happy when I came in the second day.
However, Lee was very helpful and got the work done in good order begin lunch. If I would have had to wait until late afternoon, I can't say that I would have been pleased.

Provided by YP.comMy first contact was via phone. Paul was very pleasant and informative, but never pushy. Since I live about 50+ minutes away, we discussed the majority of the sale over the phone. I came in late one evening to meet with him. I was pleasantly surprised that the deal we had discussed was honored in every way. Paul was patient as I couldn't make a decision on which Sonata to purchase and offered me a loaner car to take home as I had difficulty with the car I was trading in. Much of the dealership staff stayed very late to accomodate me that day as well as when I returned to purchase the vehicle which turned out to be a Genesis instead. Scotty from the finance department offered different finance and warranty options available, but never at end time pressured me to use thier finance or purchase thier products. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had and I'm 51 years old! It felt more like a family helping you than a business trying to force you into something. I hope the service section will be as pleasant and fair.
