Provided by YP.comYo start with my Equuos woud not neither forwards or backwards, so I turned the engine off and went about my bussiness and when I returned to my car, it was as if nothing had happened so I took it to roger beasley for them to check it out.
They were very patient through my descriptopn of the incident and they said it would take about an hour for their tech to check it out and vorrect the problrm.
And sure enough one hour went by and they told me the carr was ready so i took it for a test drive back and forth and the problem was gone, I was told that there had been a cmputer glitch and that they had fixed it. All this for ni\o charge.

Provided by YP.comalways good service but I had to ask about when to rotate my tires...recently widowed and my late husband always took care of the car maintenance ...I am surprised that no one had suggested this to me. Also when I was leaving I asked Shawn if they had reset my oil change calculator that lets me know when car needs to be service...I was told they always do that...got in my car and had not been taken care of...second time this has happened.

Provided by YP.comI put In an internet request for info on a Genesis. Eddie Gibbler called me the next day and offered to bring me a Genesis to drive in San Antonio. Eddie arrived the next day in my driveway with a new Genesis. Eddie took my trade back to Kyle and told me to come by on Saturday which was 4 days away. I loved the car but found that I would like a black with saddle Interior, I premium package. I gave Eddie a call and he said he would work on it. Later that day Eddie emailed me an offer on my car and a deal on the new one. This included what my payment would be, hard to believe it was this easy , right? I have purchased at least 15 cars in my life and this was going too easy.......I knew there must be a catch. During the week, World Car and Red Mccombs both called and told me they could do beter until I told them what my deal was. They laughed and said to call them back when the numbers got changed on me.
Saturday came and we were off to Kyle, the car was great but I had my guard up because I knew this was just too easy. I arrived and Eddie showed me the exact car I requested they had driven to Dallas to pick up and bring in. We sat down and were treated fairly and with respect.
Eddie is a professional in every aspect of the word. Eddie is not the everyday salesman and I would recommend Eddie and Roger Beasley Hyundai to anyone. I have never been treated better by a dealership .Congratulations Eddie , you have earned a new long term customer.

Provided by YP.comBoth Michael Pajara and Frank Nicks were exceptionally helpful and worked as a team. Frank did most of the negotiating, info-providing, & test drive, as Michael had a customer (I had spoken with Michael about the car after seeing it on the website). Michael and Frank both worked on getting the car ready for us to pick up, and Michael was very responsive when I asked him to answer questions about the service agreement a week later. The dealer did, indeed, take care of a problem identified during the test drive before we picked up the car. Frank was very patient with my questions and discussion on the day of sale. Thanks to all!

Provided by YP.comMy Santa Fe was the victim of a sneaky rat that chewed into some electrical wires and caused the engine to misfire. I drove it in on an emergency basis, Tony checked me in immediately and arranged for a loaner car. That service, in addition to routine maintenance was done in less than 24 hours. Technician Eloy, as usual, found the problem and repaired it to perfection. I am very impressed with the service department as they have solved many other issues with my cars.

Provided by YP.comWe brought our car in to have it inspected. Even arriving at 8:30am, we were told that there were several people in front of us, so that it would be some time before our inspection was completed. It took 1 hour, which is probably the quickest a vehicle inspection has been completed at your shop. While the work has been high-quality, it often appears that the technicians don't have enough resources to handle the volume of service requests at any given time.

Provided by YP.comVery good. I brought my '08 Elantra in because of a recall and found out that there was another recall fix needed that I did not know about. Also, a low tire pressure indicator problem was solved. The entire visit was professional and pleasant. Good people!

Provided by YP.comDropped off car and gave employee my coupon for a free inspection. I liked that I didn't have to fill out the form. I enjoyed some popcorn in the waiting area, did some work using your free WiFi, and was on my way home in about a half hour. Super easy and I was very satisfied.
