I contacted Rodent Guys in the fall for a squirell problem. Within a day the issue was resolved. Few days later the one-way door was removed. Squirell is back were it belongs, outside! Great customer service. They were friendly, flexible and prompt and guarantee their work.

We had contacted Rodent Guys initially to resolve our mice problem. They were very prompt in replying to emails and arrived on the same day. The mice returned after 6 months but Rodent Guys didn't charge us the 2nd time even though it's a 6 month guarantee. There has been no mice since!

When I discovered I had mice in house I called these guys in based on their lower prices and good reviews here. The good news is that I think the mice are gone now (we had them in 2 months ago). The 6 month guarantee is nice but I learned later that many companies offer a one year guarantee. I think it may depend on who you get from this company - the technician we got was a really nice and friendly guy, but I expected more in terms of knowledge and work performed.

Excellent job. Rodent Guys was very professional with the way the job was done. Overall the whole work was done to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend the company to any one that needs pest control services.

We had a mother and 3 baby raccoons lodged deep in the ceiling of our garage. The folks from Rodent Guys stayed for hours making sure they were all out and safely on their way to the wilderness. Excellent Service.

These are the best and staff is prompt and cleaned up the mess. Had squirrels invade my chimney. Recommend Rodent Guys be called first for critter problems and very reasonable priced.

We had a lot of rats around the outside of our house. We called a few pest control companies and left messages explaining the problem. Rodent Guys got back to us within a couple of hours and set an appointment for the next day. They came on time and patiently answered our questions. Rodent Guys was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

Rodent Guys are the best. I had an ant problem and they were very flexible about the appointment (had to be rebooked since first booking it rained). They showed up on time, listened to my problem, got right to the work and resolved the ant problem. Sprayed the entire perimeter of the house, all joints in the decorative concrete, inside of garage and along the driveway. They are experienced pros and I would highly recommend them. A repeat customers is a satisfied customer and I have used them for the 3rd time now. Thanks again guys. Great job.

I had a terrible problem with pest control my house last week. I called Rodent Guys because I was impressed with the yellowpages reviews. They were right and the rest of the team were fantastic. It took 3 visits, but the problem was solved. They called me twice afterwards to ensure everything was OK. I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend this team. Everything is true and guaranteed!

EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL! Rodent Guys saved me from bugs in my home. They explained the service in detail, referenced the product that there were using, came and did the job and offered to come back in case there were any additional issues. One year later and no bugs in or around home. Highly recommended!

I had a squirrel trapped in my chimney so I started calling around to find someone to get rid of it at 6:00 but the only responses I got was "We can't help you until tomorrow, our people went home at 5" so when I called Rodent Guys I was at my wits end. Not only do they realize that pests don't go away at 5, they were prompt, polite, considerate of my home, professional, and generally very good at their job. If you are having problems with pests of any kind call them.
