I tell you this place is great! My twins love it there in fact they cry when we leave! It is a great place for the kids to play and be themselves!

The staff and front desk are very helpful,quick and freindly.I felt like we were in and out very quickly.

The best experience ever. Thanks to Dr. Williams and Mrs. Brittany were awesome in assisting my baby with his first filling.

The staff was very professional and courteous. I was happy to see an old face from the Baton Rouge location! Excellent service.

I really like all except one of The dentists and the techs however the wait time is outrageous. Sometimes you have to wait over an hour or even longer before your kids are called to the back. Also the waiting room is always over packed. If your child has a dental emergency forget getting an appointment anytime soon. We were told that we would wave to make an appointment that would be at least 2 1/2 months away.

They are fast and really nice. They showed great team work and professionalism. They made my child smiled the whole way through and feel comfortable with the dentist. I would recommend kool smiles to a friend

I was very nervous being that it was my 5 year olds first dental procedure. Britney and Dr. Williams did an awesome job at explaining what was going on and keeping my daughter calm!

The wait was a little long. But Brittney was so nice and made the situation so much better she explained why it took awhile and apologize for the inconvenience, she made me feel like she knew me and my son personally Such a nice person,great I recommend your family to go there Request Dr.Williams!

My granddaughter's first visit to the dentist. Awesome. She was not afraid and was able to ask questions. The staff, especially the office manager, were extremely patient with her (she had a ton of questions). I think we have found a place to stay.

Dr. Williams and her assistant Brittany were awesome. This is the first time that my son has had dental work done and never complained or cried. I will recommend their services to anyone that is looking for a great dental experience with their children

This office is proffessionally operated, the staff and managment team are very friendly and caring. They quality of care they give to their patients is outstanding.

All my kids come to this kool smiles I love it there so nice. The new office manager is great! My children look forward to coming to the dentist now.

My son's appointment was at 3:30 so I got there at 3. They didn't call me son to the back until 4:45 and he was only there for a cleaning!!! They brushed his teeth and again we had to wait for at least another 10 min to see the dentist only for them to put vitamins. We didn't leave out of there until 5:30!!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Best dentist experience I've ever had! I was greeted with kindness and professionalism and all my questions were answered before I had to ask them!
