We were injured in a very bad accident on I-4 by a person with no insurance that injured my wife and myself. My wife was released from the hospital after 6 hours but I was airlifted to ORMC and spent 4 days in the ICU. I was lucky that my injuries were not permanent but our car was totaled and we had medical bills. I contacted Dan Newlin's office and was put in contact with Attorney Melissa Lewis. She sat down with us and carefully explained what she could do for us. It took over a year and Melissa would check in from time to time to update us on what was happening. In the end she was able to settle both of our claims that took are of the medical bills, our car, with a little something extra left over . Melissa did a wonderful job of keep us up to date with the process and what our options were. I hope that I never have another accident but if I do Dan Newlin will be on my speed dial. I can say nothing but good things about my experience with Dan Newlin and his attorneys. In the beginning my experience was good but there was a little falter with the case but Mr. Newlin stepped up to represent his company and appointed me another lawyer.
