I moved down to Florida 2yrs ago. I found Dr. Nguyen on google and gave it a shot. I'm glad I did. The front desk staff really helped me understand my dental insurance and the type of plan I signed up for. The Dr. explained to me what type of cleaning I needed and what type of dental work I am needing to have. she went over the 2 options and I really enjoyed that she educated me in the importance of dental restoration. I highly recommend.

After relocating to Florida I was worried about finding a dental office that I could trust. I’m so glad that I found Softouch Dental! The office and staff are extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Nguyen went above and beyond explaining my treatment plan upfront so I knew exactly what to expect. I now look forward to going to the dentist and will recommend you to everyone I know.

I searched on Internet for a good dentist to take care of my dental health. Fortunately, I found Dr. Jennifer Nguyen at Softouch Dental. Even during the first visit to her clinic, I realized that I was lucky to find an one-stop shop dental office with the highest-quality dentist and professional staff. Dr. Nguyen and Yanique (a Dental Assistant) have a full set of modernized equipments for X-ray, other exams, and analyses. They have been always very throrough and transparent in explaining my teeth conditions, their treatment approaches, and cost estimates. Moreover, they encouraged me to ask questions, and gave me clear answers. Dr Nguyen and Yanique were very gentle and patient during all procedures. All of Softouch Dental staff (Karen, Christie, Stephanie) are very professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with. Dr Nguyen and her staff always make me feel welcome and comfortable (during clinic visits), and painless (throughout dental procedures). I recommended them to my friends (they are very happy with Dr. Nguyen and her staff). I am grateful to Dr. Nguyen and her staff for their great help and services.

Superior service. Friendly, professional, quality dental work and best teeth cleaning. If you don't have insurance, this is the best place. My whole family comes here including my parents. The doctor and staffs are so caring. I had everything done in one place with sedation and never have to go to another office for different service. This is one of a kind office that treat you like family.

Best quality dental service, best staff, best fee options. I have been to many dental offices but will stay with this one. Of course, I did my research and found Dr. Nguyen. They treat you like family and best of all I never feel any pain or discomfort like I used in the past. Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart.

My family and I have been going here since the place was open back in 2007. We do not trust anyone but Dr. Nguyen. She will tell you like it is. Her staffs are very caring and professional. They love what they do and it shows. I love that the office offers dental Smile Saver and all the works is guarantee for 5 years. Needless to say, se had all of our dental works done here and they are still last.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so nice and professional. They have great resources and technology to keep your oral health up to par. They also make sure that you are comfortable offering many comfort aids. It’s hard to come across great dental service. The dentist is super knowledgeable and the hygienist is so awesome at her job! The entire staff is awesome!

5 stars for the best service, payment options and quality dental works. It is not the least expensive nor the most expensive. I had the entire mouth done with sedation. It was amazing, because when it all done, you don't feel a thing. Do listen to the dentist's recommendation as you will have many options to choose from. My entire family is sold. Thanks for getting me right away.

I usually don't go to the dentist unless I have to. I broke of of my back teeth while I was eating on Sunday night chewing on popcorn. I started having some pain that night. The next morning is Saturday, how am I going to find a dentist to fix my tooth? I'm afraid the pan will get worst, and I have a big meeting on Monday at work. I started to call around hoping to be seen right away. The closest office that would see me is 30 miles away. I decided to take a drive on Lake Mary hoping to find a dentist that would open in the weekend...
To my surprise, a beautiful building that I have passed by everyday to work has a dentist with the OPEN sign. The staff is friendly eventhough they have to work on Sat. They put me at ease right away. The office looks "upscale" and I was afraid that the fee will be enormous. But to my surprise, they have a no interest payment plan, and the fee was very reasonable for working on Sat. I know for a fact that a friend of mine who works in a hospital on sat gets paid double. Anyway,after taking the x-ray, it appeared immediately on the screen, the dentist told me that I have 2 options: to replace the tooth with another larger filling or to have a crown put on it. She carefully explained the advantage and disadvantage of each option. I had my treatment done on the same day without breaking the bank. It is not the kind of Nordstrom's service, but I highly recommended, since the attitude and the atmosphere were very genuine. They just take good care of you as a patient. They didn't make me feel pressure nor guilty for not seeing the dentist for a long time. I'm planning to return soon for my regular check up. I would rather getting my teeth cleaned after work, than sitting in traffic :-)

BEST IMPLANT DENTIST, BEST STAFF, BEST DENTAL CARE...
I have gone to a lot of dentists in the past. I had all kind of dental works in my mouth. My cardiolologist referred me to Dr. Nguyen at Softouch Dental on Lake Mary Blvd. I love this office, the doctor is down-to-earth, she explained everything, very thorough, very knowledgeable and genuine. The office is super hi-tech, extremely clean and feel like home. All her staffs are super super friendly and caring, especially Penny and Mimi. They treat you like their own family. They're all having fun there. I would nominate this office for any reality TV show, because they make me laugh so hard and I even forgot I was at the dental office. And, last but not least, very reasonable fee. Believe me, I've been around long enough. I would never go any where else.

Dr. Nguyen, Christie, Louse and Penny are awesome. Every visit, I feel welcome and treated with kindness. Dr. Nguyen makes me feel at ease and when I had tooth emergency she saw me the same day. Christie, the office manager is amazing and helpful. Louse the hygienist is calming and caring.

The office is super clean and I appreciate the email and text reminders of my appointments.

Love this office. Dr. Nguyen is the best dentist. She is caring, taking her time to explain everything. Everyone is friendly, they always get me in the next day. My doctor has recommended that I see Dr. Jennifer Nguyen because I have osteoporosis and need extensive dental treatment with sedation. She is the most caring, professional, highly knowledgeable in her field. I was treated with the most respect. I also had gum treatment and the hygienist did a wonderful job. I was explained thoroughly each step of the way. I would recommend anyone who needs a lot of dental works.

What a great experience! The expertise is evident in how thoroughly and plainly everything from insurance to procedures are explained. So courteous, professional and knowledgeable, the staff and Dr. Nguyen actually make going to the dentist pleasant!

Dr. Nguyen and all of her staff were outstanding and excited all expectations that I had! I have had a ton of dental work done in the past, but SOFTOUCH DENTAL has been my favorite place to go too. The hygienist was really nice and helped with the procedure. Thank goodness I choose to go to SOFTOUCH, 5/5 would recommend to anyone!

I contacted the office about a problem I had with my tooth and they got me in the next morning to see Dr. Nguyen. She strongly recommended a crown immediately to save the tooth as my best option and to not put it off for danger of losing what part of the tooth remained. They scheduled me the next business day and I got the crown taken care of. It's an expensive procedure, but I am confident Dr. Nguyen uses the best materials to give the crown the best chance of being a successful fix for years to come. She spent a lot of time getting it done right (under sedation) and when the permanent crown came it, it was a quick fix to get that put on with no pain. They took x-rays to show the fix, explained the warranty for the crown, and just explained everything so well. This office has excellent staff: the office manager is great, they hygienists are very thorough with the cleanings, and you feel like the health of your mouth is their #1 priority.

My family and I love it here. We've had the best service and experience at Softouch Dental. We will continue to go here.

The Best Dentist in town Dr. Nguyen and staff is very caring and nice they treat you like Family ... I been a patient of dr Nguyen for 6 years its a drive from where i live but i don't mind because i know i will get the best care and service..
