All positive. You know you are in good hands. Dr. Nguyen takes a personal interest in every patient and aims to please. Works with you to give you the look and work that you want considering first what is safest and necessary for you. Her staff is well aware of the high standards she sets and they all meet those standards. Admirable staff, professional, knowledgeable and very very accommodating.

I have been to Softouch Dental before and always had a great experience. The staff is wonderful and the dentist is very professional.

Very professional. Was able to explain the procedure for veneers so I knew what to expect. Having Saturday hours available for appointments made it so I didn't have to miss work.

I am scared of Dentists....I am so comfortable with everyone who works here. They put me at ease the first visit. I've had extensive work done, and their sedation dentistry is a life saver. Highly Recommend.

The only problem I've had it Dr. Nguyen's office is me! I've been going there for four years and I should've had my teeth taken care of a while back but I procrastinated!! I must say the office is straightforward and honest and the front desk certainly knows how to help you with your insurance !! I would definitely recommend Dr. Nguyen's office for dental care!!

I have had quite a few procedures done at Soft Touch Dental. And I still need a few more to complete my full mouth makeover. It has been such a journey to get all of my teeth fixed and replaced. I am so glad I mad the choice to go to Soft Touch. They care about you. They help me with my needs. I have a 4 year old daughter that had to come to some of my appointments and some of the girls in the front office would watch her for me while I was getting my work done. Amazing Service !!!

I had failed dental work done in other offices, and was very hesitate to start my dental treatment again, but the staff was very friendly, the office is high tech, the doctor is very caring and put my mind at ease. I am not afraid going back to the dentist. Dr. Nguyen is the best.

I ran across Dr. Nguyen after having some extremely bad experiences with other dentist offices. I am soooo glad that I did. She and her staff are absolutely wonderful. They calmly quiet my fears and anxieties, and answer all of my questions without blinking an eye. The first thing that I noticed upon walking into the building for the first time was that it didn't have the "feel" of other offices that gave me bad memories. It is clean, open, light, and friendly. The best thing about seeing Dr. Nguyen is that she will quickly take the time to handle my "emergencies" (they usually aren't actual emergencies) instead of sending me away for a month or so like other dentists I have seen. She makes me feel that if it's an emergency to me, then it is to her.
