WOW - Where do I begin. What an amazing experience! In the past I have dreaded looking for a car. The entire process is stressful and in most situations I have felt pressured. I felt none of this while dealing with Brent.Doing business with Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood has been hands down the most pleasant experience I have ever had while buying a car. Brent took care of me from the minute I stepped out of my car. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable. He has called me after the purchase to check in with me. I didn't have time to go over all the features on my car the day I drove off the lot so Brent has kept in touch and followed up with me to ensure that I know everything I need to know about my vehicles features. Everyone was extremely friendly (seemed to care about me personally) and best of all they were able to get me a fabulous deal on my new Lexus IS250!! I am a Lexus customer for life thanks to Brent!

I traveled from Wisconsin to buy my Lexus from Mike Burgmier at Stevinson Lexus. Enough said? I left one of my Element seats at home - no problem for Mike. I am mailing it today with gratitude. I've bought several new and used Lexus cars from these guys.and always get a better deal than from the Twin Cities dealer. OK it helps my son lives in Summit Co., but I will still buy my Lexus's here if and when he moves. Thanks to Mike and Sales Mgr. Chris (Evans) for another good deal and a great dealership attitude.

Brent Turner was very accomodating and worked to consumate a smooth purchase, especially considering how late in the afternoon we arrived at the dealership. He was very efficient getting the car prepped and ready for delivery and stayed with us until we finally drove off of the lot. Glen Limmer

I love the service department at Stevinson Lexus. Jason Sheffield is the best - friendly, professional, genuinely seems to know and care about what is best for my car. He remembers me and I never feel like I am just a number. Regardless of who has helped me, I have never had to wait to be helped. The waiting area is very comfortable - snacks, beverages, WI-FI, TV, fireplace, and shuttle rides to the mall if time allows. I have always felt that I was treated fairly and well.

I have been purchasing parts through Stevinson Lexus for 9 years and have always been extremely satisfied.The parts staff is knowledgable and very helpful when it comes to those small but necessary repair items.I can personally recommend Erich Willis,Phil Heffner and Dano Bernzott as they are truly parts professionals.I would gladly go back every time I have a Lexus issue.

My experience at Stevinson Lexus was great! Brett Turner was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Brett to anyone who is looking to purchase a new car.

Every time I need help with a common or uncommon hard to find part te staff at Stevenson Lexus has always gone the extra mile to help me out. that is a blessing when time and a customers vehicle is needing to get finished and delivered. I hope they never change!

I want to express my gratitude to Erich Willis for his excellent customer service who provided a great “Leather Only” product to maintain and lengthen the life of my leather. My leather was in dire need of repair and/or replacement and was researching my options to include reupholstering . This product is AWESOME!. I could not be more pleased with a dealership. I went to Stevinson Lexus just to look and compare with our Colorado Springs dealership. I was really not determined to buy a car yet. Mike greeted us and found what kind of Lexus we wanted (ES 350) and reviewed the inventory with us.. Mike made trading cars a real pleasure. This is our thrid Lexus and I sure there will be more. After closing the trade Mike had the car cleaned up to perfection and then went through the warranty details and how each and every feature on the car worked and how it differed from our ohter Lexus.
