Working with Mike has been very pleasant. I bought my car in 2008 and have had nothing but good experiences with Stevinson Lexus.

We purchased an Audi at the dealership and had nothing but a great experience. Mike Burgmaier made the whole process so easy and we are loving the car. We came back because of the excellent experience we had with Mike when we bought a car 5 years ago. We are still driving both cars.I would highly recommend both Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood and Mike Burgmaier. When we are in need of another vehicle we will definately return here.

Great service. Bought a Lexus 350- with no hassles. Never saw the car until it was delivered. My husband said it was perfect even if he had shopped all day.

Enjoyed working with Mike. As a single woman, buying a car can be a bit intimidating, but I felt I was treated very well. The car is great, would buy another in a heartbeat.

Before, during, and after my Lexus purchase I have received the utmost in customer service from Don Wood. As a first time Lexus owner, I find Don to be knowledgeable, professional, and very nice to deal with. Don periodically contacts me to check in on how things are going with my RX 350 and I feel confident that any questions or issues that may arise will be handled to my satisfaction.

Rob Dennison was helpful in explaining to me the navigation system in my new 2010 IS250 Lexus. I had a 2007 of the same model without that system. So, other than that, I was familiar with the car.I had initially contacted Stevinson's Lexus via the internet inquiring about the availability of the car that I wanted as well as contacting their competitor, Kuni Lexus. Mr. Dennison contacted me right away. I did not hear from Kuni. So, his promptness and readiness to help me sealed the sale with the Stevenson dealership.

I love my new Lexus. This is the 3rd lease I've had with Lexus for the same model because it fits my needs so perfectly. Working with Rob was a pleasure and he made everything happen effortlessly - including delivering my car to Aspen! thanks!

We purchased two new vehicles through Rob; a 2009 GS350 and a 2011 RX350. Our experience in both instances were positive and I haven't hesitated in recommending him to friends. He was straight forward in providing prices and didn't apply any pressure. He's very knowledgeable about the various models and guided us to the vehicle that was best for our circumstance. We are very satisfied.

We went into a lease at the end of the year. I called in and talked to Rob. He gave me the numbers without a "salesman" approach. I said let's do it. We ended up not going in for a couple days because of the weather and Rob had no problem with holding the car. We went in, signed the paperwork, and drove off after Rob showed us around the car. Very smooth, simple process. Extremely customer friendly and respectful from Rob and the dealership without the antsy sales approach. VERY PROFESSIONAL!

I bought a RX400h from Mike and received excellent service start to finish. No muss,no fuss. I see Mike from time to time when I visit the dealership to look at other cars just for fun & he always follows up,asking about my car and offering to answer my questions. He recently alerted me to a special showing of a new hybrid SUV and I spent some time looking at the new "toy".Nice guy,knows his business and took care of business very professionally.

Pete and I have purchased two Lexus cars within the year from Rob. Rob now has our full confidence. He has been enormously helpful and knowledgeable and has guided us with our purchases so that we each have the car that is perfect for the terrain we drIve on. On both sales transactions, I've been given no hassle bargain deals upon which he has made very little profit. He's more concerned with maintaining a good working relationship with his customer and insuring that they're completely satisfied than booking the biggest profit. If you want the best value for your money, he's the man to see.

bUYING MY NEW LEXUS FROM DON WOOD WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. HE WAS WELL INFORMED, HELPFUL AND i HAVE REFERRED FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO HIM!

Two differences:(1) Don Woods-Professional, very comfortable to do business with. Very knowledgeable. (2) Sales Manager or Representative that presented the "Final" proposal by the company: Arrogant, disrespectuful and (in his own mind) forceful. We would not buy another car from Stevenson. We would purchase a car from Don Woods if he was associated with a different firm. (I am sure that a review can identify the individual.) A perfect example of "Won the battle, but lost the war."

I bought my dream car recently at Stevinson Lexus and Don had a lot to do with it. He was straightforward, honest and very support. Mostly importantly, he has been available when I've needed it many weeks/ months after the sale. I can text him, email or call his cell and reach him. I've had a few minor things happen to the car, some minor due to me and Don has been so very helpful in making sure I get the best service and options.
