Jim is one of the most honest, hard working real estates agents you will ever meet. His integrity is second to none. Sure you can hire any agent, but Jim will have your best interest at heart and will always give you the straight scoop. He is easy to work with and is always available to his clients. We started out as clients, but have become friends over the last few years. I would hire Jim again when the time is right to sell my current home!!

Jim Urban did an excellent job selling our father's house. With less than 24 hours notice, he arrived at our house and let us know what the comps were and what we could expect. When we were ready to sell the house, Jim made a YouTube movie of it, and we were able to sell it for far above the asking price. The winning bid came 48 hours after the house was put on the market. Jim made the entire process easy for us, and we were very pleased with the results. Do consider Urban Companies when it is time for you to sell your house.

I've had the pleasure of working with Jim on Real Estate transactions, on-and-off, for more than twenty years. The first time Jim Urban sent me an email, the signature line at the bottom said ‘Your Friend & Real Estate Consultant For Life.’ I thought, “wow, that’s a pretty bold statement!” However, this would later turn out to be very true…I met Jim in July of 2013. I was renting an apartment and growing tired of the increasing monthly payments. I saw Jim’s sign outside of a home in Arvada and gave him a call. I was actually calling him to see if the home was for rent and explained to him that this would probably have to be a rental for me at first because I could not buy a home due to lack of credit. Jim could have blown me off at this point and seen me for what I was; a young, first-time buyer with no credit and no experience. But he did not. Jim explained to me that he works with first time buyers all the time and could have me in a house within a few months. I couldn't believe it! As mentioned, that was the middle of July; I closed on and purchased my first home September 13, 2013,only 8 weeks after meeting him. None of this would have been possible without Jim’s hard work and dedication. He worked diligently at advising me of the market and continuously offered suggestions for a home purchase. He is patient, insightful, and immensely knowledgeable of his industry. He walked me through the processes of the home buying steps and made it such a reassuring experience. I cannot say enough great things about Jim, his team, and his organization. Jim Urban has been helping my family with our housing needs for over 7 years. We had a broad idea of what to buy and no idea where to start. Jim worked with us on line to help identify our needs and was really well versed in advantages and disadvantages in all the neighborhoods. Jim really has a great feel for pricing and is very direct in letting you and the seller know when a property is overpriced or a good deal. In the end he patiently showed us over 30 properties and was aggressive in getting us the right price. We would definitely use him again and recommend Jim to our friends and relatives.
