I was actually at this dealership last Spring, but didn't lease at that time; however, because of my positive experience with them at that time, I did come back to lease a vehicle now. The Pine Belt staff is very friendly and do their best for you without becoming obnoxious as some other dealers in the area. I recommend them highly to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle with them.

I always dread when it's time for a new lease but this time was so different. Greg was my salesman and he was awesome!! Made the experience very pleasant and actually enjoyable. Had some great laughs during our talks and I got exactly what I wanted with no hassle. I walked out with the perdect car and the financial arrangements I needed. Have been talking about the dealership and Greg ever since!!

Normally buying a car and dealing with the salesmen is a not so enjoyable experience , but Greg is just as knowledgeable as he is hard working. He worked his tail off to get me in the exact car I wanted for a fair price . overly pleased with my experience

I had just leased a new Hyundai and wanted to get out of it and into a Subaru. Pine Belt salesperson Matt Mazza was very understanding and conferred with his manager Eric to help me with as little hassle as possible. There was no rush to make a sale. All the financials were openly and correctly stated. The road test was longer than the other dealership. It made me get used to the handling of a Crosstrek and its many amenities. Considering my unusual situation, I feel the staff was as helpful as possible.

Lets face the facts everyone loves a new car but dreads the whole buying process. We had an appointment with Geo Saturday morning and were with him until about 5pm. He was so patient, knowledgeable and not pushy AT ALL. Geo along with Eric made our experience painless! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us! We really can't thank them enough!

Geo Padilla was "Outstanding". He was very knowledgeable and caring. Even after having the car home, I called Geo with questions regarding certain features in the car, and he was always very helpful and eager to help. I have never walked into a dealership like Pine Belt Subaru in Lakewood. The whole staff was amazing. They made us feel extremely comfortable and not once did we feel pushed in any way like at other dealerships. I had leased an Outback in February 2014 but due to a combination of life changes realized I was going to be well over the allowed mileage if I kept the vehicle to the lease's ending date. So I stopped in at the dealership to go over my options at this point in the lease--13 months to go--and ended up working out a deal on a 2016 Forester (this vehicle better serves my changed needs better than another Outback.) Discussions/negotiations of my options were very professional and "pressureless" (if there's such a word!) In the end I accepted the lease deal offered and drove home with a new vehicle. (I arrived at the dealership at about 11 a.m., and my new Forester and I were "home" in my garage by 3:15 p.m.) This was my third Subaru from Pine Belt and the easiest overall experience yet. Jim and Eric were excellent to deal with.

This was my first car buying experience. Matt was friendly and informative. He laid everything out on the table, no games or gimmicks. I was maybe there for two hours and that included applying for insurance for the first time. Matt worked out a leasing opportunity that fit my budget and gave me the comfort and safety of a new car. It's been a week and I love my new Subaru Impreza!

Have been wanting a Subaru for some time. My son and his wife both have one and love them. Had the usual jitters about going into a car dealership and having to buy a new car. The experience with Greg and Eric couldn't have been better. Eric put me at ease and Greg's knowledge and patience were wonderful. EVERYTHING was done before I left there. Would highly recommend having Greg as your salesman!

My sales consultant Brian Hynes is awesome. There was no pressure, and he addressed all questions and concerns as quickly as possible, and followed up more than one time with phone calls or texts to make sure everything was ok. He made himself available for a phone call or text any time, and in fact returned calls on his day off. If you are going to buy a Suburu, go see Brian Hynes! The sales manager Eric Cenname also was concerned with my satisfaction with the sale, and made sure that all concerns were taken care of. Much appreciated Brian and Eric!

I purchased a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek from Pinebelt Subaru about two weeks ago. Not only do I love my new car, but my experience at Pinebelt was one of the most positive buying experiences I've ever had at a car dealership. I'm someone who usually despises the car buying process - definitely not fond of haggling or the typical shenanigans. This is also the first time I've ever ventured into a car dealership alone, without dragging along my husband or male companion for support. From start to finish, I was treated with the utmost respect. My salesperson, Matt Mazza, was very informative and provided the full rundown of technical specs about Subaru's in general, in particular the Crosstrek. He answered all of my MANY questions and accompanied me on a test drive. Even price negotiations went smoothly. I highly recommend this dealership!

Matt perceived my needs in options on a vehicle and sought out the perfect vehicle for me. Matt went over and above to provide me with the best price Pinebelt could offer and there were no surprise fees added in at the last minute. We visited the dealership to buy a Crosstrek. We were met immediately by Jim who took us on a lengthy test drive - which was appreciated because we could really get a handle for how the car drives. They were completely accommodating, something we are not used to at dealerships. We've had some bad experiences but this one was the complete opposite. They even sent us out to dinner on their dime while they got the car ready. The manager Jamie went out of his way to get the color my wife wanted and surprised her with it when it was ready. She was elated. We will definitely be back when we're ready for a new car! We highly recommend this dealership. It is staffed by people who actually care about making you happy and completely satisfied with your experience.
