Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The car was detailed and ready in the showroom for our inspection. The price for the new car was very fair.

My only issues were that despite having filled out the credit application and provided a copy of my license, credit was not run until we arrived. My score was over 800 and there were no issues but we were there for over 2 1/2 hours. The whole experience took way too long. Additionally, the price I was initially offered for my trade-in was way too low. I did not come to haggle - I just wanted a fair price for my car and the initial offer was almost insulting
