I found everyone to be very helpful and willing to do as much as possible to help get a deal done. John was very accomadating in his willingness to add or remove parts (Sunroof,Wheels,Tires) to get the look you want and offered to sand and paint a scuff that other dealers I had gone to said things like oh it's a used car what do you expect regarding, scuffs and dings, Mondo was willing to come in 2 hours after closing for me to sign paperwork since I had to come after work and had a 1 hour drive, and Janet did everything possible to get me the best rate on financing. All in all they were patient and professional and I will do business with them in the future.

This is our second car we bought from this dealership and we will recommend them to anyone.We bought a 2004 olds alero and a 2002 trailblazer lt .We got great prices on both vehicles.Came back 3 month later and they fixed a fuel sensor for free.It was not under warranty and they had no obligation to fix it ,but they did.

I bought a 2004 Pacifica last october. John is a down to earth ,nice guy, he answered all of my questions and concerns, I never felt pressured or rushed in anyway. He was completely upfront and honest the whole time. Gina was awesome also! she walked me thru the financing step by step helping me to get the best rate possible. I absolutely love my car and would highly recommend motorcars of lansing to everyone!

I was ready to buy a new vehicle...I have owned a mini-van for the last 8 years or so. My kids are now grown and wanted an SUV. I went to several dealerships and at one place not one salesperson was to be seen. I left a little discouraged. Finally my hubby said "let's go to Motorcars of Lansing". My son had purchased a vehicle about a year and a half ago. He was very happy with it so I decided to check them out. This was on a Saturday the day after Christmas. I seen several nice SUVs but I had my eye on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. I test drove it and by Monday evening during an ice-storm I picked up my new ride! They worked hard to get me into this vehicle.

I walked into Motorcars Of Lansing looking for a reliable vehicle to get me back and forth to work and other daily uses. Michael was very friendly and worked hard to meet all of my needs and I left in one of the two cars that I picked out when I first arrived which was a 2012 Chevrolet Impala LT. I would recommend that anyone in the market should stop by Motorcars and give Michael a shot! Thank you!

From moment I walked into dealership I was greeted by a few employees who were all very nice. Mike the salesman seemed genuinely interested in matching me with the right car and went the extra step to make me feel comfortable. I never felt so at ease with car sales people before. Once I found the vehicle I liked, and we agreed on price, they found me a great rate financing as well. . I was very happy with John and Simone.. I purchased a 2015 Ford Edge and have had my car for two weeks. It was missing the navigation SD card. They ordered one right away and are sending it to my home. Very friendly, helpful, and fair pricing. I loved that they are a family business! Thank you Motor Car team!

Love my new vehicle and i talked with the owner John B. John was very helpful and made my visit at motorcars worth it and hooked me up with a awesome sales lady Simone she was amazing and very honest. i will be back to do business again

Top notch experience these guys did what others couldn't would recommend to anyone looking for a dealer that's gonna go above and beyond. Even after my purchase they called to check and make sure I was happy, find another place that will do that. Thanks again!!!!

Really an awesome place with really cool cars. I really didnt think I would find the BMW 750 I was looking for other then a BMW dealership. I found them online after shopping the places around the Kalamazoo area. Keith was my salesperson and he helped with all the financing and sold me on a really good warranty that was pretty inexpensive for a BMW. All and all I think it is my best car buying experience for the simple fact that the nearest competitors price the $6000 more for the same car.

Simone was fantastic. Went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. She gets 5***** Overall satisfaction would be 5* except dealership had to send me (we live 2 hours away)the Keyless entry advertised with the Jeep. I have to pay for my local dealership to program it. Other than that very satisfied. Highly recommend Simone to deal with.

Motorcars had the car I wanted, and reduced the price from their website offer. I am by nature a very careful buyer and asked to take the car to Firestone to get checked out. John said 'go right ahead, here's the keys'. He also stated that he would fix anything that needed to be done. After finding out that it needed tires, brakes, and 3 sensors, I expected John to balk and change the price. Without hesitation, he said that I could pick it up that night for the same price. I was very impressed, and would buy from them again. John and Janet went out of their way to make this car perfect.

My family was looking for a specific vehicle and Motorcars searched for weeks to find exactly what we wanted. We appreciated the patience and time spent by Simone and John to make sure we drove away in our perfect vehicle. Motorcars took care of all the minor and major repairs making sure we were in a safe and reliable vehicle. Working with Simone to finance and transfer plates was super easy and stress free. I have taken my other vehicle into Motorcars to be serviced by Tony and I have been equally impressed with the work and repairs completed on my vehicle. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and with Motorcars. I am excited they are expanding and beginning construction on a new facility in Lansing. It is nice dealing with a successful local family operated business..

I have recently purchased a car from Motorcars of Lansing, and we had a very positive experience. Thanks to Doug Chandler's helpful, courteous, and honest approach to his customers, the whole process went very smoothly; starting from selecting the car, test-driving it, taking care of few minor issues that the dealership fixed before we finalize the purchase and received the car. The whole process (including the repair and detailed cleaning) took less than 24 hours. I would certainly consider going back to this dealership in the future, and especially to Dough Chandler.

I bought a car at motorcars about 30 days ago. I was having some problems and decided to bring it back to the dealership. I had a bad experience with the last place turning their back on me, but Motorcar's didn't, John and his team back me up and took care of the problems. Thank you!!!
