Initial service by Jeremy V and Mario was great. They were very thorough, professional and friendly. Jeremy answered any questions I had as well.

Angel Rajal, was very professional and knowledgeable. His attentiveness to our concerns made us feel very comfortable. Angel inspected all areas thoroughly and reviewed with us his findings and educated us on the type of insects we were dealing with. We had a great impression.

My husband Michael V. (Who scheduled the service) and I had excellent service today from Angel R! My husband met him at the front door and when I saw him upstairs he told me that this company and team of employees especially Angel were such professionals and really cared about doing a good job. When I met Angel he was friendly and courteous and very friendly! So thanks Angel and Aptive we appreciate it!!!

Mario R and Robert S arrived promptly for the initial service. All went well. They informed me of everything they were doing to combat any pests. Once done they left info on how to contact them should I ever run into any issue with pests.

Was treated by Angel R. this morning (05/07). He was super-nice, super-professional and he gladly provided a handful of tips and tricks to help us get rid of the scorpions which became an annoying disturbance to our lives. I recommend Aptive and am very happy with their sales agent Dylan and the pest control guy Angel R.

I just signed up with Aptive and scheduled the initial service for 5/6. Ben and Oscar came by on time and were completely professional and friendly. Ben explained what they would do step by step and gave me all the information I needed. They took their time and were not rushing to get it done. I loved the service and the time they took to talk to me about my concerns and gave me information directly regarding those problems. They worked on the areas around my house and took care of everything. I am definitely happy with the service received.

We just had Ben M. come out yesterday 5/4/16, and we are very pleased with his service. He was very professional and answered all of our questions, and taught us a couple things we didn't know before also! He definitely wasn't just trying to rush and get done with his day, he was very thorough checking every spot around house/outside for potential problems, and letting us know what we could do to reduce the problems as well. Even if there wasn't a great referral program, I would still refer Aptive Environmental to all my family, friends and neighbors!
