We ordered toners for our printer and was very pleased. Samone took our order and was very helpful. The toners arrived very quick, hardly no wait.

Had a bad experience with another non Canon toner so was leery of trying this again but the toner from Associated Supply seems even better than the Canon toner. Very happy to be spending less on toner and like dealing with Mary, my contact.

We have used this company for close to 3 years and we could not be happier with the customer service and the products. Last year in December we had a fire that burned down our building and along with it, the toner and ribbon we had previously ordered. James (our go to guy) called a few days after and asked what we needed and when he should follow up. He did everything he could to help us get back on our feet with the supplies we use. Our small dealership does not need a ton of supplies at any one time, and that's okay because no matter the size of the order, their customer service helps us find the best price and best deal to fit our needs. The People are so friendly and it is a no pressure atmosphere. So happy to have a business relationship with Associated Supply Co. I will Continue to order toner and ribbon from them no matter what. Using this company will not disappoint!!!

I have used this company for my ink for my 2 HP8610's and have no issues at all with their product. I love the idea that i can have my ink shipped directly to my office for no shipping fee and the costs have been a lot lower than I was previously paying for at Office Max. I would always recommend these fine folks to anyone.

We find there are three ways to buy cartridges.1. Refilled cartridges which sometimes do not work but are cheapest option2. Middle of the road where you buy someones else manufactured cartridge3. highest priced but always work is manufactured by manufacture cartridge.We use Associated Supply Company for toner and they do NOT re-fill a used cartridge but manufacture and fill the cartridge. We find this works for us without having to pay the higher price of manufacturers cartridges.
