We flew 5500 miles to have our commitment ceremony in Las Vegas a few months ago. With no expectations, but in the mood to have a nice weekend to get our ceremony done, we were very welcomed at Las Vegas. There are a lot of comments on the Sweethearts Chapel, very bad and really good reviews. But we feel that it has all to do with expectations. We wanted a bit campy, overdone ceremony.. with Elvis !! Hey.. Its Las Vegas !! And for our goal the next door Adult Shop, The Bars before the windows and the little bit old fashioned interior was part of our fun. What the chapel made our 4 stars review worth it, was that they have given us the feeling of having our ceremony well done organized, so far away from home. If you want to have a prince and princess like dream wedding, then marry in a Castle. Kathy / Eren is nice to talk with and gives you the feeling of having every detail well arranged. The photographer is a young guy and he knows how to handle a camera. But hey, Kathy is also the manager and salesperson and the photographer is a relative who makes pictures for a nice memory. After reading the website of SHC and the packages your expectations in this chapel might be higher then it is in reality, but look at your own facebook, aren’t we all only talking about how nice and fun our life is ? As written before, to marry in a castle you need to be in one. If you want high class star photographer photo’s you need to hire one (and they cost at least $ 500,-). And yes, view the wedding packages carefully and stay responsible for your choice to hand out the whole organization including the budget or stay focused, think smart and be in charge of your budget. So decide for yourself what kind of wedding you want and then pay the price for what it’s worth. Our Ceremony was just a 30 minutes part of our upcoming live, where we confirmed that we really love each other and stay together till dead do us part. At the end for true love it doesn't matter if your ceremony is at a castle or any other place like the Sweethearts chapel.

My husband and I were married there on July 7, 2014. It was a beautiful experience. The chapel was beautiful and everyone was very nice and professional. They made our day wonderful! When we viewed our pictures and video the next day we were more than happy with the results! I highly recommend this chapel for a wedding.

Incredible Service!!! This chapel made my wedding day one to remember. I was recently married to the man of my dreams and the staff at Sweethearts went above and beyond my expectations!! I cant thank them enough!!! My wedding coordinator Andrea was the BEST, The minister had the most touching things to add to the ceremony to give it that special touch. The photographer was incredible and the extra photos are super affordable. I cant wait to renew my vows with them in 5 yrs. I highly recommend this chapel!!!

I Was referred here by my wedding chapel for my wedding dress rental, I must say that the service and professionalism here was amazing I looked beautiful!!

Rented a couple of tuxedos here was referred here and everything worked out fine went in for a fitting took the clothes then brought back done and done.

The tuxedo and wedding dress we rented here was great so glad we didnt need to dish out lots of cash for something we would only wear once

If you are planning a wedding in Vegas I would Highly recommend this place they will take care of you and you can enjoy your time in Vegas

Had my Wedding a few weeks ago but could not forget to leave a good word for this Chapel they did a wonderful job the photos and Dvd are wonderful nothing but good things to say here thank you so much Sweethearts!

Went to other tux and gown shops along that side of town and must say this place has the most selection anywhere hands down!

Im glad we found a place that had a chapel with a bridal store under one roof they were very helpful and made my special day stress free thanks soooo much

What I thought would be a long and painful hunt for "the right" dress took no more than half-hour, Eren was so helpful and sweet she has this place running smoothly I would recommend to all my friends

The chapel was gorgeous and the ceremony was perfect glad I didnt have to run all over town looking for a dress they had a huge selection of gowns in all kinds of styles and sizes

I found this place online and I must say my experience here was very positive no stress at all and they had many dresses to choose from and were very helpful

Worst experience of my life! The chapel is described as being beautiful and in a great area. I decided to look past the adult bookstore and not judge it by it's "cover". The inside was cheap, and smelled old and musty. The manager was extremely rude, stating that I needed to either book an appointment, or quit wasting her time because she had many other weddings to attend. Getting a quickie marriage isn't something you just rush.

I told the manager I had seen her deals on yelp and that $599 sounded like a great package. She told me that that special was over, and that this package did not come with most of it's benefits. I left, without being rude or arguing and she still insisted on making rude comments when I left calling me cheap. I was being cheap at all, I just wanted the deal she used to lure me over to her establishment.



To be honest, go somewhere else. Unless you want to be treated like dirt, and want the happiest day of your life ruined, go anywhere else but here. I should have listened to the many reviews I read.

When I first called up the chapel I spoke with Eren who was so nice & helpful, I booked our date & agreed to do the deposit & pay the rest on that day. I got an automatic email saying my card was charged the full amount. I sent an email back right away and asked why it was charged so, Eren gave the refund right away, and showed in my acct 3 days later. As our date is getting closer, I had a few questions & revisions I wanted to make for that day. I called & left 3 messages for Eren & sent multiple emails and have HEARD NOTHING!!! finally on a weekend got through to somone who sounded like they were on a cell phone & didnt want to help me AT ALL. My bf called & cancelled & they said they will not refund our deposit. Nowhere on the website does it say that or were we informed of that!!!!!! I left a message yesterday & emailed Eren YET AGAIN to discuss the deposit. Im not going to call or email anymore, but WILL be going there when I land in Vegas next month.... Now that im going thru and reading the other reviews which I should have done to begin with, not only are they mixed BUT ONE OF THEM IS FROM EREN HERSELF!!! I wouldnt suggest this Chapel at all!!!!!!!

Sweethearts Wedding Chapel did a great job helping us through the whole planning process and the execution was amazing i would absolutely recommend to all my friends.

Sweethearts Chapel is the BEST! We just watched the slideshow of our Vow Renewal Ceremony from yesterday. It was fabulous! We truly enjoyed the ceremony and the entire experience. Kerry Mickelson was the photographer and did a spectacular job. Eren Gray is the owner and she listened to everything I wanted and made sure I got what I wanted and more - she's wonderful! The minister's service was so meaningful and special. I highly recommend this chapel and will cherish these memories for the rest of my life - especially when I look at the beautiful pictures. It was such a nice experience that we're talking about going back for our 10 year renewal. Thanks Eren for making this one of the best days of my life!!!
