My wife booked online thinking the weekend would be too busy, so she was trying to be smart and book ahead of time. Eren Grey told her to book and leave a deposit asap because they were filling up fast which when we canceled we found out was a complete lie. She was extremely rude to my wife when she requested to cancel, all my wife said was the website was misleading I do not want to get married in a location like this. Eren Grey got in her face and snapped at her, and she continued to make fun of my wife to her employees right in front of us. She also insisted on rubbing the fact that we could not get our money back in her face even though my wife never even asked for a refund. She is a scam artist and a liar. Do not trust this business, it is garbage.

Eren Grey has no class, she is extremely rude and pushy. The chapel is in an old liquor store on the corner, it has bars on the windows, and is next to an adult bookstore and a tattoo parlor. The pictures on the website do not match, the inside looks kind of like the pictures but you can not tell the cheap quality in them. Also, the only picture of the outside is one of the front entrance gazebo and the edges are blurred out so you can't see the crappy location. They will tell you to book online and leave a deposit ASAP because they are so busy, but if you do want a crappy wedding don't worry about booking in advance..they are not very busy EVER.

Their website is completely misleading. They only show good pictures of the inside and one picture of the outside's front entrance gazebo, but the edges are blurred out. So what they do not show you is that it is on the corner in what looks to be an old liquor store, next to an adult bookstore and a tattoo parlor. Also, Eren Grey is extremely rude, she has no class. She tricked me into booking online thinking the pictures were so beautiful so this place must be nice, telling me too book online and leave a deposit ASAP because they were soooo busy. All of it was a lie, they were not busy at all. They trick you into doing it online because they know even if you are not satisfied you can not get your money back. They are trash. Scam artists. They are liars. When we got their to make sure everything was ready for our wedding THE NEXT DAY we were absolutely not happy with the location and just asked to cancel. I never once asked for my money back but she insisted on rubbing the fact that I can not get it back in my face. She got in my face because I wanted to cancel. Like I said, that place is just garbage.

We were recently married at Sweethearts Wedding Chapel and I could not agree more with usto_dance. Rose is still at Sweethearts and I can only presume that her work has only gotten better. Her photos are phenominal, she gave us a really good deal on them too. We originally were going to get married at another chapel, but that quickly changed once I saw her work. I originally like this little chapel because it's family owned and I like that. But what really did it for me was the photography. WOW is all I can really say, we think the best thing about this place is the way they do your pictures, just wonderful work. Since we were staying at one of the big hotels, she made it look like our picture was on the marquee with our names and everything. We loved our pictures and the way that she got rid of some of my bags from under my eyes. ROSE U ROCK!!!
