The owner personally supervised the installation of a 17 SEER Lennox air conditioning unit, plus a gas furnace, which was to replace my existing 15-year old units. Work was completed by Marco and his crew in just one day, the day after I placed my order. Other A/C companies were quoting 3-4 weeks for an install. Wellington specified two options for the unit we might need, and informed me of the cost and benefits of both. After receiving a couple of competitive bids, we choose the more efficient of the two units proposed. His pricing was more than competitive with the other bids.



The unit has been working for about two weeks now and there are no problems. Extremely quiet, with no sudden surges or changes in temperature.



I was particularly impressed by the staff. The installation crew all wore "booties" and laid down tarps to keep our house clean. The day after the installation Wellington sent his painter out to touch up any scuff marks left by his crew. I was especially impressed by Alexia Cooper, his scheduler. Alexia keep us informed at all times, called to follow-up the next day, and did a great job.



I can't say enough about what a great job they did and how pleased we are with the results and great customer service.

I want to say that this is the best company out there, very professionals, fair and comparable prices.

I called them on a 100 degree day, around 3 pm, and by 7pm the tech was at my house and fixed the issue with my a/c, the invoice was done right away and the service was perfect. I am very glad I found them, I always prefer to deal with family owned companies than the big franchising companies that dont really care about customer service. I give them 5 star anytime!!

Called The Cooling Company @ 7:30 this morning, and Erick was arrived an hour later. He is knowledgeable and efficient. One of your technicians, Ray, stopped by my residence today to repair my air conditioner. I just wanted to say that he did an excellent job and was very friendly. It was an absolute pleasure working with him, and I hope he will be recognized for his outstanding work.

The Cooling Company was one of the best vendors I experienced, in Las Vegas. From the initial contact, with Alexia to the completion of the call by Josh. Josh arrived on time, introduced himself and explained how the call would proceed. Josh covered his feet, towed in his ladder and a pad to set the ladder on up to the second floor. A short while later Josh came down and explained the problem and his recommendations, which included the cost and time to complete the repairs. When completed, Josh explained the warranty and billing process. The next day Alexia made a follow-up call to insure I was satisfied with The Cooling Company service. The next time I need any heating or cooling repair work done I will call The Cooling Company First. I highly recommend this company!

I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with the team at TCC. I purchased a home in Henderson and found that I had an issue with the gas fireplace. After calling several companies and not receiving a call back or being told they don't do fireplaces, I got a hold of TCC.



From the very beginning, Alexia was fabulous in communicating reminders up to and including 1/2 hour before the technician arrived at my door. That kind of communication you just don't get today. Today you are lucky if the technician shows on time! Ray arrived and dismantled the gas valve unit and spent over an hour diagnosing the issue. His mission and goal was more than evident, and that was to fix the valve rather than replacing it at just under $1,000. Unable to fix the valve, Ray consulted with Wellington (the owner) and he made a visit back with Ray to make sure that the new part was the only option. From that point on, Wellington was on a mission to fix the valve. What company does that? TCC does! To cut a long story short, after several visits and not giving up, or even leaving that as an option, I have my fireplace working again. After all the valve did have to be replaced. There was no charge for the multiple visits and to boot I was given a discount to help defray the expensive part.



All in all this company is a 5+ star company. Polite, professional, on-time and had my best interest at the top of their list. I was so impressed that I signed up for their Platinum Package to come out and review my heating and cooling systems several times a year. I could not be in better hands.

Ray is a great technician! He arrived on time and completed the maintenance work quickly and efficiently. I have not had any problems with the system The Cooling Company installed two years ago (which I got for a great price). I highly recommend The Cooling Company.

Being a senior, I have had years of experience with all kinds of service people and organizations. We had a recent issue that was frustrating to me and opened the door for a potentially big bill since the cause of the problem was unknown to me. Josh came out and was so totally honest and said the problem was something that he did on the last service call and he made a error. He could have lied to me and I would not have known the difference. What a pleasant treat to find such a fine young honest person to rely on. I have continued to find this company reliable and honest. Thanks to Josh and The Cooling Company for being my HVAC partner.

My ac went out when the temp in vegas was 118. The service techs came right away and found the problem. After 25 years I needed a whole new system which they installed 2 days later. The techs name was Josh and he saw my dilemma and called his boss. I am 87 years old and on oxygen full time. They went to their warehouse and came back with 2 portable ac units. There was no charge for the air and they installed my new unit by himself on his day off in just 4 hours. I would highly recommend this company.

This company was highly recommended to us. We called on Sunday night and made an appt for the next day. Ray showed up on time and was very personable. He's efficient and knowledgeable about their products and would seek an answer if he's not sure. We're very pleased with the work they've done and very impressed with their team work. Ray even helped clean up after the installation.

We recently had to replace both air conditioning units at our house. We hired the cooling company for the job and could not have been more pleased.They are very knowledgable and friendly.

They will defiantly be the only company we will ever use.

We called on 8:30AM 9/8/2013 (Sunday morning) Our service technician Ray was at the door in less than 2 hours. Ray quickly diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what is was and how he intended to fix it. He was done with the repair before I was even done with breakfast. He was professional, quick, clean and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend The Cooling Company to anyone!

The technician Ray was great. He was on time. He explained everything and gave me a repair price before starting work. He worked quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up the repair area when he was done. He was very professional and also personable. I wish the other service technicians I've dealt with recently were as professional. He gave me a written proposal on my other air conditioner by the next day just as he promised. I would definitely recommend The Cooling Company to my friends and family. I heard from my co-worker that their other technicians are on the same level as Ray.

I had The Cooling Company come in for a large commercial job. I actually found them through YP and they had great reviews. And those reviews were right! These guys were great! And they followed up a couple times to make sure everything is working to our satisfaction. I highly recommend The Cooling Company for commercial or residential jobs. They're great!

The Cooling Company is phenomenal. . I hired The Cooling Company after having a bad experience with another air conditioning company. I had purchased and installed a top of the line Lennox air conditioning system. The other company was very late in getting the job done; screwed up my ducting system; and charged me a fortune. I needed two more systems so I hired The Cooling Company. It is one of only two licensed Lennox dealers in Las Vegas. I got bids from both. The Cooling Company was much lower. This concerned me but, as it turned out, I needn't have been concerned at all.



They were prompt, efficient, pleasant and accommodating. They explained everything they were doing and why. The installed systems worked well. In fact, I liked them so well, I put in a fourth system (for those 117 degree days).



During the installations I got to know the Cooling Company's principals. This is a family business. Father, mother and son all work there and they care greatly about their reputation. The father does the selling and installations. Mom mans the office. And the son spent a long time on the phone with me (no charge) walking me through how to extend my home network so that my four thermostats could all talk to each other.



I only wish they did more than just air conditioning. I would hire them for all my construction projects.

The Cooling Company immediately came to my residence to service the problem of the motor to the cooling unit, but he took time to explain to me that due to the age of the entire cooling and heating units, eventually I would have additional problems. Both my husband and I decided to go with Mr Santana's recommendation to replace to the Lennox energy efficient cooling and heating systems. The installation team,Marco and Ruben of The Cooling Co. were both very pleasant and very professional as they worked hard to remove the old equipments from the attic and install the new Lennox equipment units while the air conditioning was turned off and they both worked under very hot temperature of 109 degrees. Every one at The Cooling Co. truly demonstrate and deliver on high quality service.

Our dealing with the Cooling Company begin in March of 2012 for maintenance on our cooling and heating system and the fact that the A/C was not as cold as it used to be. It just has not worked right for the past 2 years. The technician they sent out was clean cut and seemed knowledgeable. We have lived in Green Valley for the past 25 years. We have been in our present home for 7 years. We had a few other A/C companies out for service and some minor work and a compressor unit replacement. When the guy from the Cooling company came out in March we were Shocked to learn someone from one of the other companies left the side panel off of the unit in the attic. That caused a major problem by sucking in tons of hot air into the system making the unit work harder to cool the house. This guy was awesome. We then decided to purchase a yearly maintenance contract.

The worst thing that could happen in the hottest part of the year happened this month. Starting July 3, 2013 when the temperature was a record 117, our A/C started blowing hot air that afternoon. One of their techs came out within an hour of our call. We take care of my Mom who is bed ridden and on oxygen. We also have three parrots. So it was very important to get the A/C back up and running quickly. The problem was we had a Freon leak. The tech worked on the unit for 2 or 3 hours. He could not find the leak. He managed to get the unit to work enough to get us through the night. He returned the next day. He and another tech spent 4 or 5 hours trying to find the leak on the 4th of July. The person i think is the owner named Wellington came out to help. It was a very tough leak to find. They could not fix it. They once again did their magic to get us through the night. Wellington was back on the 3rd morning. He worked on the unit for about 7 hours. Wellington is an old school person who did not ever give up. He was relentless and focused on finding the leak. During this whole ordeal, the Cooling Company NEVER came up with any excuses or tried to sell us parts or charge us for anything because we had the maintenance contract. He finally found the leak around seven o'clock on July 5th. We were back to normal that night thanks to Wellingtons perseverance, dedication and work ethics. We will never have anyone but The Cooling Company touch our A/C system ever again. We recommend them to everyone.

Your company was the 3rd I called when the AC failed on my rental house. Even though the estimate was not the lowest I chose The Cooling company because I felt an impression that you were the most professional and when it comes to AC equipment the people who install it can make a big difference.
