The service was very professional.

I was very impressed with the work I had done. The estimate included pictures that showed what had to be done. This is the first time I had to have work done on a tile roof and the staff explained the process thoroughly. The work was done by professional staff and the cleanup was thouough.

I was so happy with this company, not only were they very professional, but they got the job done quickly and they showed up when they said they would be there (this was very important as I had to keep my dogs inside). After the work was completed, my salesman came by to make sure that i was happy with everything. I would definately reccomend Titan Roofing!!!!

last yr. I contracted titan for some repair work on missing shingles and a few leaks,they replaced the shingels they allso were to put caulking around vents ect. on the roof ! When the next rain came so did the leaks after 3 tryes they got the calking right BUT I still had the same leaks!!! When the rainscame the 1st week of JAN.I called agine two wk's later they came out said they'ed be back !!!Aftermany phone call's they came out agine the middle of MARCH were I was told the sorce of the leaks were not in the contract I had signed ,IT MAKES NO DIFFRENCE WERE THE LEAKS CAME FROM THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX THEM ! They tryed to sell me a NEW ROOF ! FOOL ME ONE TIME SHAME ONYA fool me twice shame on me !!! I wouldn't let them shingle a DOG HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Titan Roofing came to my home and did a roof repair and it seemed to work. So I also had them do my deck. What a hot mess! The deck began peeling after the first few weeks. They came out and said it was because of the sealer and re-sealed it. It peeled more within days. They came out and said here's your money back -- we don't know why this is doing this. I had another company come out and they said it was because of the mixing compound. They said the whole thing needed torn out for double the price. I called Titan and asked them what they were going to do about it and they told me they gave me my money back there is nothing else they were going to do. I feel the took advantage of me.

Titan's service sucks! They preached service, service, service when I purchased a new roof last year. It rained and their new roof leaked. After numerous phone calls they came out for the warranty call. It rained again my roof leaked again in the same spot. It was like pulling teeth to get them to come out on the warranty call. When they finally came out they said they fixed and all was good. Well its leaking again and its been two months and I can't the warranty scheduled or any assurance that they even know what the problem is. Titan's service sucks!

THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED MY ROOF WITH A TWO YEAR WARRANTY THAN IT RAINED WHEN THEY CAME OUT TWO WK's LATER THEY FIXED ONE LEAK , IT RAINS AGINE THIS TIME MY CEALING IS REALY MESSED UP THAT WAS IN THE 1ST WK OF JAN, I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO COME OUT I HAVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES I LOST TRACK IF I WASN'T SO OLD I'D FIX IT MY SELF THER IS SOME THING WROUNG WITH THIS Co. TWO MOUNTHS AND NOTHING!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not spend one dollar with this company. Just like the other guy said they do not return phone calls or show up for appointments. I am now going to have to hire a lawyer to try and get repair work done that I have already paid for. My neighbor used Sears and has been treated professionally. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made an appointment for an estimate between 8 to noon and they never showed up. When I called, they couldn't tell me why no one came out. I took 4 hours off of work (no pay) to wait for these guys to show up. When I left a message for Sara, she never called me back. These guys are unprofessional and don't care about their customers!!!! They actually asked me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. I asked them why I would want to take 4 more hours off or work unpaid, to have no one show up again!

I recieved many quotes and although Titan was not the lowest, they were the most professional. They were on time, very clean, they took pictures of all the plywood that needed replaced, no hodden costs and the best part is they didnt ask for payment untill the job was complete and i was satisified! You wont regreat using Titan Roofing. When it is all said and done, you will have a great looking roof and a 30 yr warranty for piece of mind.

my shingle roof was wind damaged so called several roofing companies for estimates. Titan came in the lowest, so i was weary at first to hire them. Boy am I happy that I did! They arrived on schedule, the whole process was explained to me. They installed my new roof in 2 days, cleaned up the mess, I have the best looking roof on the block, my 50 yr home looks like new! Titan didnt even want payment until they were completely finished and I was satisfied with the work. Now that is good business . I am going to recommend titan to all my real estate agent friends. You will be very satisfied if you use Titan roofing.

I am completely over titan roofing. It's a shame because Pete the owner has been great in the past. Patrick has a big smile and "we'll get this sorted for you!". 3 weeks later and many "I'll make sure I call you" calls not returned and suddenly what they said was under warranty is now not under warranty! Not to mention they have previously quoted me a nice sum to repair an area that is still under warranty! I have been given THE ULTIMATE run around and now it is set to rain again this weekend. Oh joy! On a previous job they did for me they swept alllllll the roof debris (that they love to mention clearing in the estimates they give) into my yard. I then spend 2 days clearing black and white chunks and dust and flakes from my entire yard- plants gravel everything.I will be taking my business elsewhere.Anyone know a good roofer?

So when does the Nevada State Contractors Board allow their employees to go on to a companies website and endorse them. Give me a break. Don't be scam artists Titan Roofing. We all know who you really are!

Having spent many years as an employee of the Nevada State Contractors Board, I'm always VERY cautious when hiring a contractor to perform work on my home. I'm a single female and know all too well how unscrupulous contractors can be when dealing with a woman. When I discovered numerous roof tiles strewn about my front lawn following a night of high-speed winds, I contacted Peter at Titan Roofing. Not only did he come out the same day and remedy the problem, but he was extremely courteous and professional. Titan Roofing is fast, efficient, affordable, reliable, and the quality of their workmanship is second to none. I recommend Titan Roofing to everyone in need of a reputable roofing contractor.

I hired these guys to replace the tar paper under our leaking tile roof at the first of the year. The problem is when they were done it leaked worse than before, not to mention the salesman Patrick demanded payment before they were even finished. Oh did I mention we are still picking up roofing nails from the yard!! You have been warned.

I called two other roofing companies in Las Vegas. Got the best rate from Titan - saved about 25% from the other two quotes I got. Titan did my job the next day and I couldn't be happier - you can't even tell my roof was ever damaged - it looks seamless. Check them out - they are the cheapest and fast too.
