Drove From Brooklyn, New York to see 1 Wrangler. The manager partnered me up With Jerry. What a great guy. Showed me everything I asked about even taught me some things about the 4x4 which I was unfamiliar with. He explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable with everything before letting me sign. Even told me about a nice beach to take my family and friends. Everyone should visit Jerry, he made the buying process very easy.

Began my search for a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee in January, but the color I wanted was still not available (Light Brownstone Pearl) as it was new color this year. My sales consultant was Manny Lopez who tried in vain to locate that color but was unable, through no fault of his or the dealership. Finally in March the color was available and Manny worked with me, not only with ordering but with the price as well. Ordered the vehicle on March 11 and took delivery on May 20. Manny is aces.

I had an absolutely great experience with everyone there! Manny Lopez made the experience quick and easy. He advised me of all of my options. I went in wanting a used car but he was able to put me in a brand new 2016 Dodge Journey! I needed the third row seating for my growing family! He clearly explained my options showing the benefits of a brand new car as well as lease vs. financing...he made sure I got the best deal possible. I came in 2 days ago looking to get out of my kia that has been nothing but a headache for the past 6 months. Luke greeted me and was very welcoming. We looked at the 200, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even found the color we wanted. My husband and I went in the other day looking to purchase a car for our growing family. Brian was such a pleasure to work with; he helped us get the car we wanted with the monthly payment we wanted. He was honest and knowledgeable, friendly, and unbelievably helpful. My previous experience with car dealerships wasn?t the greatest but the folks over at Route 1 are excellent. On a whim I stopped in to Route 1 Jeep to look at a Hyundai I saw on their site that day. Kelvin Pitt performed a miracle that day, getting me the deal that he did. With no money down, he had worked out a deal that allowed to drive away in my new car with lower monthly payments than my previous vehicle. I presented Kevin with a nearly impossible situation, and he was able to make it possible for me. From Kevin to his managers and the whole staff at Route 1 Jeep, I've never been treated with such kindness and respect at a car dealership. if your are looking to buy a new Chrysler, jeep, dodge or ram this is the place to go! My experience was excellent all thanks to my salesman Lorenzo Miceli . He was very personable and knowledgeable of the vehicles. He was able to keep me right on budget and still be able to get the car I loved. Needless to say I will definitely go back to Lorenzo for my next car and recommend everyone else to do the same!

They are very nice and communicative -- they always called me back to keep me updated. They came out and showed me what happened to the car, which helped me understand why it needed a new transmission.
