I AM NOW GOING TO A NEW DENTIST! This office has a lot of issues. The dentist was trying to do unnecessary work and the estimate came to thousands of dollars! Beware

DON't go there! I had to take pain meds for a week! She was very pushy and continued to yell at her staff! Very unprofessional!

I am now going somewhere else. The dentist was trying to do unnecessary work and the cost was thousands of dollars. My new dentist is great!

Dr. Zhu is the worst dentist I have ever been to. She was rude to me and during the procedure she kept demeaning her assistant. I left with a lot of pain and a big fat bill. She was only concerned about the money and certainly not my teeth!

My partner and I love Dr. Zhu and all the wonderful staff here! We've been going here for over two years already, and even make a 4 hour round trip monthly just to stay with her. So far in my treatment alone, I've had about 7 cavities filled, with one being a complete replacement of a previous filling that was quite large. All of them were quick and painless with no discomfort and the color matches perfectly. I've also gone through almost 2 years of Invisalign for a severe case of crossbite, overbite, and "bunny teeth" in the front. While the treatment did not completely remove the overbite (it would take jaw surgery!), it has completely fixed my crossbite and straightened my teeth all the way to the back. I also used to suffer from constant throbbing and pounding in my jaw joint (in the mandible I think) on both sides of my jaw. My pain is now completely gone as my upper and lower teeth now fit together like a new puzzle! It has allowed me to eat, drink, and most importantly, sleep without feeling like I got punched in the face in the morning. My grinding/clicking in my jaw is also gone. I never imagined Invisalign could help that much, and that it's not just a visual improvement.We just happened to stumble upon Dr. Zhu's office as it was closest to our house, and my partner had to have an emergency root canal done, with an implant and crown finished after his Invisalign treatment. Dr. Zhu timed everything so he could have the final part of the implant/crown done just after finishing his Invisalign. Everything turned out perfectly aligned! He has also had several cavities filled as well, but not nearly as many as I needed! Since we've been with this office for so long, we have all become good friends and we actually look forward to our visits! As corny as it sounds, it's true! Shout out to Sue and all the other wonderful staff there, and we'll see you soon!

I have been a patiant of many dentists over the years and Dr Zhu is the best dentist I have ever visited. She is the best dentist in the area. Not only is she a dentist, she is also a medical doctor - she has a deep knowledge of medicine far beyond dentistry. She is kind, caring and very thoughtful. Her skill level is exceptional - in fact, she is a p/t clinical professor at the UMDNJ School of Dentistry. Any patient can rest assured when they visit her office that every procedure is expertly executed. I had a crown prep procedure done there last week and I fell asleep in the chair during the procedure! The office staff are wonderful. I brag to my friends, Dr Zhu is a great dentist.

I had the worst experience at this dental office. Do yourself and your teeth a favor, don't ever go there. Also, it really bothered me to see surveillance cameras everywhere it made me feel as if i was being watched.

Had been going to my previous dentist for over 25 years. I didn't like the way he was performing the major work that needed to be done, ie crowns, etc. Started going to Dr. Zhu for this work, and the difference was incredible, painless and very comfortable. The temporary crowns were so good, they could have been permanent!

I love having my teeth cleaned. Dr. Zhu has the Best Hygienist she really cares about your teeth. Speaking of caring, Dr. Zhu doesn't want young kids like myself to get cavities so she lets us pick the flavor of the fluoride.After you are all done, there is a prize waiting for you in the treasure box! By the way my mom was right this is an awesome dental office.

My brother and I were afraid of the dentist until we met Dr. Zhu 3 years ago. Now, we couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

What a great office Dr. Zhu has. Dr. Zhu is soft spoken, gentle and very knowledgable in her field. The staff is friendly, professional, and ready to help you with any problems. The office is bright and cheery, and up to date with the newest technology. Dr. Zhu's dental work is wonderful. She takes her time. I have been to dentists who pride themselves in how fast they can do their work. Speed and dentistry just do not mix. Dr. Zhu allows herself sufficient amount of time to do the job right! I would highly recommend her office to anyone!

Dr. Zhu is not only an awesome dentist but one who is caring and goes the extra mile. I was between dentists when I woke up with an abscessed tooth. Two people recommended Dr. Zhu to me so I decided to use her. Of course, I had waited too long to call and could not get an immediate appointment although the office tried. Anyway, to make a long story short, Dr. Zhu prescribed me antibiotics to help me cope til my scheduled appointment, her hygenist worked miracles on my tooth, and the pain was gone. I would recommend Dr. Zhu and her helpful staff to anyone in need of a dentist.

I discovered Dr. Zhu through a referral. I was told she could master most dental procedures and concerns. I developed a periodontal abcess on my upper left side and could not afford to see an oral surgeon. Dr. Zhu took Xrays and showed me the problem at hand. The existing problem would cost me two molars, the teeth could not be saved. Dr. Zhu performed two surgical extractions that day. I truly thank her for her honesty and superb dental care. After this wonderful experience on an emergency basis, I have made the decision to remain as a permanant patient and continue in her office for all of my dental needs. Yours truly,Owen

My family has been going to Dr. Zhu for many years now. She is always there if you have an emergency any time. She will do whatever she can to save a tooth and if not will recommend the best option for that tooth. She has a wide understanding about her profession and can answer any questions. I've always had a fear of dentist and whenever I've had to see one in the past, I would just have the dentist pull the tooth instead of trying to save it, but with Dr. Zhu I do not have that fear and am trying to save my teeth now. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Dentist.

I have received extensive dental work throughout most of my life. Because of this I have been to several dentists across the United States. Dr. Zhu and her team of professionals rate at the very top of all my experiences so far. I cannot think of another dentist I would trust more or recommend more strongly than her.She is meticulous in the details and demonstrates a sound understanding of the work when answering questions. She does not take short cuts and is thorough in her examinations and practice.I could not be more pleased with her work and have already recommended her to several of my friends and family. She is very affable, fair, and professional.

I dont know who could possibly rate this as the worst dental experience they have ever had. I have had many many extensive procedures done in my life, and am a very nervous patient. Dr. Zhu is BY FAR the best dentist I have ever had. I recommend her to every single person I ever talk to about dental work. I feel the work she does and the materials she uses are top notch. Definitely the BEST dental experience I have ever had.

I have been going to Dr. Zhu since moving to the area in 2006. She and her staff are truly caring and professional. I have relocated many times and as a result have seen 6 different dentists. Dr. Zhu and her staff are the best I have used. I would highly reccomend this office.
