I recently bought an '02 Avalanche from them, over the phone. The salesman and sales manager did a phenomenal job to accommodate me and my wife, when we had to drive from Central Oregon, to get this. This was particularly when I flubbed an income question, and nearly cost us the chance at owning this. The sales manager pulled the magic rabbit from his hat, and got us financed, despite my flub. We were astounded, and thrilled.



During our drive over, they had the paperwork all ready to be reviewed and signed, so we were in and out well within an hour. I'm not sure if he heard me, but on our way out, I told him they have earned themselves a repeat customer
